This is a great place for someone working in the north of Munich or studying at the TUM Campus in Garching. The room is furnished with a table, chair, and two cupboards. The flat features a comfortable living room and a garden. The housemates are friendly and welcoming, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet, with excellent jogging routes, and a FitX gym is just 5 minutes away.
There are several nearby bus stops connecting to U2 Harthof, Dülfestraße, Am Hart, and U6 stations, with a direct connection to Garching-Hochbrück. A DM, Lidl, and Aldi are just a 5-minute bus ride away, along with other shops. For fitness enthusiasts who like big arms, there's a large FitX gym branch located just one bus stop away.
The flat is shared with three friendly and sociable housemates who enjoy occasional chats, and you would be the fourth member. One of them works, while the other two are bachelor students. There’s a cleaning schedule where each person takes turns handling the cleaning for a week. The upside of being four is that you only have to clean once a month—then you can sit back and watch the others take their turn, haha!
