Bei uns wird ein Zimmer in Milbertshofen frei.
Dein schönes Zimmer ist Teil einer 90 qm großen WG. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC, Wohnküche und Flur.
Das Zimmer hat ein zwei große Fenster, einen Parkettboden und einen eigenen Balkon. Durch die große Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell.
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert - Erstbezug nach Sanierung. Die Küche ist mit einem großen Kühlschrank, einer Spülmaschine, einer Mikrowelle, einem Wasserkocher und was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Der Waschtrockner ist auch vorhanden und können natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
Dein Zimmer ist mit einem Ikea Hemnes Bett (ausziehbar, Fläche 160x200cm), einem Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch mit einem Bürostuhl ausgestattet.
Wir haben keinen Putzplan. Wir haben aber eine Putzfrau wer regelmäßig die Wohnung putzt. Die Kosten für die Putzfrau und Putzmittel sind in der Miete inbegriffen.
In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten der Reinigungs- und Putzmittel, Internet, Strom enthalten. Es fallen somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für dich an.

We have a room available in Milbertshofen.
Your beautiful room is part of a 90 sqm shared apartment. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and hallway.
The room has two large windows, a parquet flooring and a private balcony. The large windows make the room very bright.
The apartment has been recently renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and everything else you need for life. The washer-dryer is also available and can of course be shared.
Your room is equipped with an Ikea Hemnes bed (pull-out, area 160x200cm), a wardrobe and a desk with an office chair.
We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent.
The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, internet and electricity. There are therefore no additional costs for you.
Zur Lage: sehr ruhig, im Grünen, in Milbertshofen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 2 Gehminuten entfernt (Netto, LIDL, ALDI, DM, Edeka, Vollcorner, Alnatura, Bäckerei, Obst- und Gemüse-Lädchen, Apotheke), drei Gehminuten zur U-Bahn (U2-Frankfurter Ring) und von da aus ca. 8 min in die Innenstadt bzw. 10 min zum Oympia-Einkaufszentrum. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Haustür, Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden.
Tolle Wohnlage in München-Milbertshofen. Der Olympia-/Petuelpark und der idyllische verträumte Luitpoldpark liegen direkt vor der Haustüre und bieten vielfältige Sport- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten sowie ein breites Veranstaltungsangebot.

Location: very quiet, in the countryside, in Milbertshofen.
Shopping facilities 2 minutes walk away (Netto, LIDL, ALDI, DM, Edeka, Vollcorner, Alnatura, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy), three minutes walk to the subway (U2-Frankfurter Ring) and from there about 8 minutes to the city center or 10 minutes to the Oympia shopping center. Parking spaces are right outside the front door, and there is also a bicycle cellar.
Great residential area in Munich-Milbertshofen. The Olympia/Petuelpark and the idyllic, dreamy Luitpoldpark are right outside the front door and offer a wide range of sports and recreational opportunities as well as a wide range of events.
Deine Mitbewohner wären:
Paolo - absolviert Praktikum bei BMW.
Natalie - absolviert Praktikum bei Helmholz Zentrum.
Das WG-Leben stellen wir uns so vor, dass wir gerne zum Essen/Kochen in der Küche treffen können, oder am Abend mal gemütlich zusammensitzen, aber auch auf jeden Rücksicht genommen wird. Das heißt, wenn die Tür zu ist, hat man auch seine Ruhe.
Gerne können wir auch sonst was zusammen unternehmen, wie Sport, Radtouren, Joggen, Biergarten, Feiern usw. - ist aber keine Pflicht.

Paolo - is doing an internship at BMW.
Natalie - is doing an internship at Helmholz Zentrum.
We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet.
We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not obligatory.
