A dining table and a sofa complete the cozy atmosphere. The heating is independent and can be adjusted based on the exigence of the flatshare.
There is a private washing machine in the basement and a extra small storage room.
Exceptional location (Kantstrasße; 80807) in a peaceful and green neighbourhood: 5 minutes to U3 (Petuelring), U2 (Milbertshofen), and tram 27.
Rewe and Penny supermarkets are 5 minutes' walk away, and Lidl is at 10.
