In dieser 2er WG wird ein Zimmer ab dem 1. April frei.
(Vorab schonmal eine Info, ich habe Zöliakie, ich suche deshalb bevorzugt eine Person, die auch streng auf glutenfreie Ernährung achten muss, oder sich etwas damit auskennt, damit die Küche für uns beide ein Safe Space ist🫣)
Ich (Lydia) wohne hier in München seit April 2023 und mache im Moment eine Ausbildung. Generell bin ich eine offene Person, die am Wochende auch gerne weggeht, unter der Woche ist es in der WG aber eher ruhig.
Das Zimmer würde dir voll möbliert übergeben werden - für die ganzen Möbel würdest du 550€ als Ablöse bezahlen.
Küche und Bad sind mit Möbeln und Zubehör ausgestattet, hier muss keine Ablöse gezahlt werden.
Die Küche hat viel Stauraum und Geschirr + Kochutensilien dürften gerne kostenlos übernommen werden oder nach Bedarf entsorgt :)
Im Mini Bad (man gewöhnt sich dran) befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine, also keine Münzen nötig :D
Die Nebenkosten beinhalten Internet und Strom.
Die Wohnung ist im 2OG und in einer ruhigen Gegend in Alt Moosach. Im Gebäude selbst wohnen eher junge Leute, aber es wird nie laut gefeiert.
Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein Kiosk/ Post, sowie Bäcker und Rewe City.
Zum Olympia Einkaufszentrum braucht man ca 10min zu Fuß.
Nächsten U Bahnstationen sind:
U3 Moosacher St Martins-Platz (5min zu Fuß)
U1/U7 Georg brauchle Ring (8min)
OEZ (10min)
Moosach S-Bahnhof (15-20min)

There will be a room available in this flat from the 1st of April. (FYI I have celiac disease and am looking for someone who is, preferably, also on a strict gluten free diet or knowledgable about the topic, so that the kitchen can be a safe space for us both)
I (Lydia) have been living in Munich since April 2023 and am currently doing an apprenticeship. I am an outgoing person who likes to go out on the weekend, however, during the week everyone likes to have their own peace and quiet.
The room would be handed over to you fully furnished - you would pay € 550 for all the furniture.
The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with furniture and accessories, no fee has to be paid here.
The kitchen has plenty of storage space and crockery + cooking utensils can be taken over free of charge or disposed of :)
In the mini bathroom (you'll get used to it, I promise) there is also a washing machine, so no coins needed :D
The additional costs include electricity and internet.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and in a quiet area in Alt Moosach. Younger people live in the building itself, but parties aren't really a thing here, so you can say it is, gerenally, rather quiet.
There is a kiosk/post office just around the corner, as well as a bakery and Rewe City.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Olympia shopping center.
