Ich vermiete mein Zimmer über die Weihnachtsferien. Das Zimmer hat große Fenster und ist dadurch auch im Winter schön hell. Ich werde meine Sachen im Keller verstauen, sodass du auf jeden Fall genug Platz im Schrank und in der Kommode für deine Sachen hast. Du kannst selbstverständlich meinen Fernseher und auch meinen Monitor nutzen. Für die Miete ist eine Kaution von 500 € erforderlich.

I am renting out my room over the Christmas holidays. The room has large windows, so it stays bright even in winter. I will store my belongings in the basement so that you will have plenty of space in the wardrobe and drawers for your things. You are welcome to use my TV and monitor as well. A deposit of €500 is required for the rental.
Die Lage ist wirklich top! In nur 5 Minuten bist du direkt im Olympiapark – perfekt zum Spazieren, Joggen oder einfach die Natur genießen. Das Olympiaeinkaufszentrum (OEZ) ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Dort findest du alles, was du brauchst – von Geschäften bis hin zu einem Edeka-Supermarkt. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe (ca. 6 Minuten) auch einen Lidl, Tegut und mehrere Bäckereien. Die U-Bahn-Stationen (U1 / U3 / U7) sind etwa 10 Minuten entfernt. Besonders praktisch: Bei kaltem Wetter kannst du direkt durch das OEZ zu den U-Bahnen gehen.

The location is really great! In just 5 minutes, you can reach the Olympiapark – perfect for walking, jogging, or simply enjoying nature. The Olympia Shopping Center (OEZ) is only 2 minutes away, where you can find everything you need – from shops to an Edeka supermarket. Additionally, there is a Lidl, a Tegut, and several bakeries just 6 minutes away. The U-Bahn stations (U1 / U3 / U7) are about 10 minutes away. A great bonus: When it's cold, you can walk through the OEZ to reach the subway stations.
Wahrscheinlich wirst du die Wohnung während deines Aufenthalts ganz für dich alleine haben, da meine Mitbewohner ebenfalls über die Feiertage verreisen. Falls nicht, teilst du die Wohnung mit zwei super netten Mitbewohnern. Einer arbeitet in München, der andere studiert an der TUM. Beide sind entspannt, freundlich und unkompliziert.

You will most likely have the apartment all to yourself, as my flatmates will also be traveling over the holidays. If not, you will be sharing it with two super nice flatmates. One works in Munich, and the other studies at TUM. Both are relaxed, friendly, and easy-going.
Sonst, würde ich sagen, unsere Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Sandwichmaker. Das einzige, was fehlt, ist eine Spülmaschine.
Ich bin vom 15.12.2024 bis 08.01.2025 im Urlaub. Du kannst aber auch ein paar Tage später einziehen oder ein paar Tage früher ausziehen – ich bin da flexibel. Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir bitte eine kurze Nachricht mit ein paar Infos zu dir (wer du bist und was du in München machst). Ich freue mich, von dir zu hören!

Other than that, I would say our kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and sandwich maker. The only thing that we do not have is a dishwasher.
I will be on vacation from 15.12.2024, to 08.01.2025. However, I am flexible, so you can move in a few days later or move out a few days earlier if needed.
