A cozy and spacious 20 sqm room is available in our shared apartment. The room is fully furnished, and I am selling the furniture for €250. It is warm and inviting, with plenty of natural light, perfect for creating a comfortable personal space. The monthly rent is €720 (warm).
The location is fantastic! The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Dietlindenstraße U-Bahn stop (U6) and a 10-minute walk from Münchner Freiheit (U3). So both Garching, Klinikum Großhadern and the city center can be reached easily!
The neighborhood is lively and charming, with plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby.
You will share the flat with three friendly flatmates who are either pursuing their PhDs or working as Postdocs in Munich. We enjoy a relaxed and harmonious flatshare, often going bouldering together or having a chat in the evenings. The apartment includes a spacious living room and a balcony—perfect for unwinding and socializing.
- Move-in date: 1st January, with the possibility of moving in earlier (from 18th December).
- The contract for the room ends on 1st June 2025, so please ensure you are comfortable with this time frame and mention it in your application.
