ich heiße Gisela, bin berufstätig und biete ein Zimmer (voll möbliert) mit Küchen-Bad-und Balkonbenutzung im schönen Stadtteil Ramersdorf-Perlach an.
In den letzten Jahren habe ich mit mehreren Studentinnen/Praktikantinnen zusammen gewohnt und wir hatten immer eine schöne Zeit zusammen.
Das Zimmer ist ab 1. April (bei Bedarf auch ab Mitte März) verfügbar. Was die Mietzeit betrifft, bin ich etwas flexibel (3-6 Monate)
Falls Du in diesem Zeitraum in München ein Zimmer für Deine Praktikumszeit o.ä. suchst, melde Dich gerne bei mir.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses in ruhiger grüner Lage. Die nächste S-Bahnstation ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt und die Münchner Innenstadt erreichst Du in ca. 12 Minuten.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 600 €.
