Wir - ein lustiger Haufen von 5 Menschen - haben unser Traumhaus auf dem Land gefunden und werden dort eine WG gründen.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine große Wohnküche mit altem Holzofen und angrenzender Speis, ein Esszimmer (evtl. zukünftiger Co Working Space) und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen, genauso wie eine Gästetoilette.
Im 1. Obergeschoss befinden sich vier Schlafzimmer, die jeweils ein eigenes Badezimmer haben (wir können's auch nicht glauben!). Ein Balkon geht umläufig um alle drei Hausseiten. Draußen gibt es eine große, überdachte Terrasse, über der ein wunderschöner Blauregen wächst. Drumrum befindet sich unser riesengroßer, wunderschöner Garten mit Obstbäumen, Beerensträuchern und viel, viel Platz für Hochbeete, Sitzgelegenheiten, Hängematten. In der angrenzenden Garage gibt es viel Platz für Autos und Fahrräder, im ausgebauten Obergeschoss weiteren Stauraum, z. B., für Skier und im Untergeschoss eine Werkbank. Die absolute Krönung des Hauses ist der Keller mit nahezu unendlichen Stauraummöglichkeiten und: einer Sauna sowie einem Dampfbad und einem riesengroßen Hobbyraum (Ja, wir kommen uns auch etwas dekadent vor... und träumen bereits davon, das Untergeschoss der Garage zu einer Werkstatt und den Hobbyraum zu einem Heimkino oder/und Rave Cave umzubauen :)).
In diesem Traumhaus gibt es nun noch ein wunderschönes Zimmer, das mit Leben gefüllt werden will. Die Gemeinschaftsküche sehnt sich nach neuen Köch:innen, die Gerichte für gemeinschaftliche Abendessen zaubern. Das Haus möchte eingerichtet und der Garten möchte bepflanzt und dekoriert werden.
Die Zimmergröße beträgt 28,5 qm (16,5 qm ohne Dachschräge) und es kostet 710 Euro warm. Das Zimmer ist sehr besonders (im Grundriss Zimmer 6) ist im Dachgeschoss und hat ein zu zweit geteiltes Bad. Besonderes Schmankerl ist die dazugehörige (und im Preis mit inbegriffene) Kammer, die als begehbarer Kleiderschrank genutzt werden kann. Das Haus hat einen stattlichen Preis, der aber leider für diese Lage normal ist (tatsächlich liegt der Quadratmeterpreis noch deutlich unter dem Durchschnitt hier in der Gegend), bietet aber gleichzeitig fast unzählige Möglichkeiten, ein gemeinschaftliches Leben inmitten der Natur und nahe der Berge zu genießen.

We - a fun bunch of 4 people - have found our dream house in the countryside and will be setting up a shared flat there.
On the first floor there is a large eat-in kitchen with an old wood-burning stove and adjoining dining room, a dining room and a large living room with a wood-burning stove, as well as a guest toilet. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (we can't believe it either). A balcony runs around all three sides of the house. Outside, there is a large, covered terrace with a beautiful blue vine growing above it. Around it is our huge, beautiful garden with fruit trees, berry bushes and lots and lots of space for raised beds, seating, hammocks... There is plenty of space for cars and bicycles in the adjoining garage, further storage space in the converted upper floor, e.g. for skis, and a workbench in the basement. The absolute highlight of the house is the basement with almost endless storage space and: a sauna as well as a steam bath and a huge hobby room (yes, we also feel a bit decadent... and are already dreaming of converting the basement of the garage into a workshop and the hobby room into a home theater and/or rave cave :)).
There are still 2 beautiful rooms in this dream house that need to be filled with life. The communal kitchen is longing for new cooks to conjure up dishes for communal dinners. The house needs to be furnished and the garden needs to be planted and decorated... Whether it's a single person, a couple or an existing group moving in - we are open to many living options.
The room sizes are 12 and 28.5 square meters (16.5 square meters without sloping roof) and cost 685 and 710 euros warm. Each room is special and has its own qualities. The house has a handsome price, which is unfortunately normal for this location (in fact, the price per square meter is still well below the average here in the area), but at the same time offers almost countless opportunities to enjoy a communal life in the midst of nature and close to the mountains.

Wir sind zwar mit dem Haus "auf dem Land", haben aber mit der S-Bahn in Wolfratshausen (S7) eine gute Anbindung nach München. Die Station Wolfratshausen ist mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten (5 km) zu erreichen. Alternativ bringt einen der Bus (Haltestelle 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) in 7 Minuten zur S-Bahn und fährt im 20-Minuten-Takt bis um 22:30 Uhr abends.
In Wolfratshausen befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch ein Bioladen, medizinische Versorgung u.a.
Aber das Schönste hier: Wir haben eine fantastische Landschaft um uns herum, wo man im Sommer direkt losradeln, joggen, wandern, im Fluss oder in Seen schwimmen und im Winter Schlittenfahren oder sich auf die nächst gelegen Langlaufloipe schwingen kann. Egal in welche Richtung man losläuft, in der Gegend ist es einfach wunderschön und es gibt so vieles hier zu entdecken - ob Wald und Wiese in der Pupplinger Au oder Wasser an der Isar und Loisach oder an schönen, naturbelassenen Seen und Weihern. Neufahrn ist ein Sackgassendorf und daher äußerst ruhig - unserer Meinung nach zurecht, wurde es schon zum schönsten Dorf Oberbayerns gekürt ;) Unser Haus befindet sich dazu in der vorletzten Hausreihe vor den Feldern - hier schläft man bei Grillengezirpe und Kuhglockengebimmel ein :)

Although we are "in the country" with the house, we have a good connection to Munich with the S-Bahn in Wolfratshausen (S7). Wolfratshausen station can be reached by bike in 15 minutes (5 km). Alternatively, the bus (stop 10 minutes away on foot) takes you to the S-Bahn in 7 minutes and runs every 20 minutes until 10:30 pm.
Wolfratshausen has numerous shopping facilities, including a health food store, medical care and more.
But the best thing here: We have a fantastic landscape all around us, where you can go cycling, jogging, hiking, swimming in the river or lakes in summer and sledging or cross-country skiing in winter. No matter which direction you head off in, the area is simply beautiful and there is so much to discover here - whether forest and meadow in the Pupplinger Au or water on the Isar and Loisach or at beautiful, natural lakes and ponds. Neufahrn is a dead-end village and therefore extremely quiet - in our opinion rightly so, it has already been voted the most beautiful village in Upper Bavaria ;) Our house is located in the penultimate row of houses before the fields - here you can fall asleep to the sound of crickets and cowbells :)

Die WG — das sind bisher:
Sarah: 29, Sonderpädagogin, Pflanzenflüsterin und leidenschaftliche Gemüsegarten-Mama, außerdem Nudelfanatikerin.
Ich liebe es, draußen in der Natur zu sein, die Berge, die Sonne, zu lachen und zu tanzen - auf Techno Festivals, in Clubs und durchs Leben. Daneben mache ich gern Sport: Laufen (meistens durch die Wohnung, weil ich zu spät dran bin), Klettern, Bergsteigen, Yoga, Skifahren. Sehr wichtig ist mir politisches Engagement und Aktivismus. Wenn ich es nach einem 18-Stunden-Tag dann doch mal ins Bett schaffe, träume ich von veganem Camembert. Ab und zu am Wochenende ist noch mein kleiner, sehr lieber, (Teilzeit-)Hund Mio da.
Lisa, 31, promoviert gerade noch im Bereich Ökologie:
Das Thema Nachhaltigkeit liegt mir beruflich und privat am Herzen. In meiner Freizeit bin ich am liebsten draußen und in den Bergen unterwegs, gehe im Sommer viel wandern und im Winter gerne auf Skitour oder Snowboarden. Außerdem gehe ich gerne tanzen und auf Raves, mische bei einem Kulturkollektiv mit und lasse mich leicht für etwaige Bau- und Bastelprojekte begeistern.
Helene, 27, Psychologin:
Mich findet man am liebsten draußen beim Wandern, Schwimmen im See, Fluss oder der 50-m-Bahn und beim Kaffee trinken mit Freund:innen. Ich versuche neben Alltag und Arbeit kulturpolitisch und feministisch aktiv zu sein und schätze die Gesellschaft von anderen Menschen beim gemeinsamen Essen, Lachen und Schweigen.
David, 34, ursprünglich auch Biologe, der mittlerweile in der IT gelandet ist:
Ich verbringe nach Möglichkeit die meiste Zeit draußen und schaue in die Ferne - gerne auf dem Berg, im Sommer in Wanderschuhen, im Winter auf Skiern, oder am Wasser. Im neuen Haus freue ich mich schon sehr aufs Gärtnern. Nudeln sind auch für mich essentiellstes Lebensmittel und zu einem Rave komme ich auch gerne mit.
Das WG-Leben stellen wir uns ungefähr so vor: Gemeinschaftlich und gemeinschaftsorientiert, ohne Zwang und Verpflichtung. Familiär, entspannt und locker. Achtsam für einander, offen und ehrlich. Nachhaltig und kreativ. Gemeinsam Abendessen schnibbeln, durch die Küche tanzen, zum Sonntagsfrühstück im Garten sitzen, in den See hüpfen, auf den Berg gehen und mit dem Schlitten wieder runterfahren — wenn wir dazu Lust haben.
Dazu suchen wir liebe, engagierte und offene Menschen, die wirklich daran interessiert sind, eine neue Gemeinschaft aufzubauen und mitzugestalten. Dabei freuen wir uns sehr über neue Inputs, Ideen und Impulse und sind dabei für sehr vieles offen, dieses Haus mit Leben zu füllen und diesen schönen Ort zu einem richtigen Wohlfühlort werden zu lassen!

I love being outdoors in nature, the mountains, the sun, laughing and dancing - at techno festivals, in clubs and through life. I also enjoy sports: running (mostly around the apartment because I'm running late), climbing, mountaineering, yoga, skiing. Political commitment and activism are very important to me. When I do make it to bed after an 18-hour day, I dream of vegan camembert. Every now and then at the weekend I have my small, very dear, (part-time) dog Mio with me.
Lisa, 31, is still doing her doctorate in ecology:
The topic of sustainability is close to my heart, both professionally and privately. In my free time, I like to be outdoors and in the mountains, go hiking a lot in summer and ski touring or snowboarding in winter. I also like to go dancing and to raves, am involved in a cultural collective and am easily inspired by building and craft projects.
Helene, 27, psychologist:
You can find me outdoors hiking, swimming in the lake, river or 50-meter track and drinking coffee with friends. In addition to everyday life and work, I try to be active in cultural politics and feminism and enjoy the company of other people while eating, laughing and keeping quiet together.
David, 34, originally also a biologist who has now ended up in IT:
If possible, I spend most of my time outside and looking into the distance - I like to be on the mountain, in hiking boots in summer, on skis in winter, or by the water. I'm really looking forward to gardening in the new house. Pasta is also my most essential food and I love going to raves.
This is roughly how we imagine life in a shared flat: Communal and community-oriented, without pressure or obligation. Familiar, relaxed and easy-going. Attentive to each other, open and honest. Sustainable and creative. Chopping dinner together, dancing around the kitchen, sitting in the garden for Sunday breakfast, jumping into the lake, going up the mountain and sledging down again - if we feel like it.

Ein Einzug bei uns ist ab dem 01.09. möglich, aber auch flexibel.
Da wir die Küche im Haus, die Vorhänge und einige (tolle) Möbel und (sehr praktische) Gegenstände von den Vormieter:innen übernommen haben, fällt eine Ablöse von 833 € pro Mitbewohni an.

Since we have taken over the kitchen in the house, the curtains and some (great) furniture and (very practical) items from the previous tenants, there is a transfer fee of 833 € per flatmate.
