Das Zimmer ist im Dachgeschoss und besteht quasi aus zwei Zimmern (Schlafzimmer und durch eine Tür getrennt das Arbeitszimmer). Ausserdem ist auf dem Stockwerk noch eine Toilette welche überwiegend nur von dir genutzt wird, da deine Mitbewohner im 2. OG ein Bad haben. Lediglich zum duschen musst du runter. Im Zimmer befindet sich praktischerweise ein Waschbecken.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einer Kommode, und einem kleinen Tisch ausgestattet. ebenso hast du in dem separat angrenzenden Raum noch einen Schreibtisch und einen großen Einbauschrank, welcher Platz für viel Kleidung etc bietet.
Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsgarten, welcher von allen Mitbewohnern auch genutzt werden kann um zum Beispiel Grillabende im Sommer zu machen.
Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Küche mit einer Essecke, welche zum zusammen Essen einlädt.
The room is on the top floor and basically consists of two rooms (one bedroom and a bureau/workspace which is separated through a door). On this floor you also have a toilette which is manly used by you because your flatmates have a bathroom on the second floor. Just for showering you have to use the bathroom on the second floor. Conveniently you also have a sink in the room.
The bedroom is furnished with a bed, a dresser an a small table for the bed. The workspace is furnished with a writing desk and a chair. The room also contains a built-in wardrobe which provides a lot of space for clothing or other things.
The house also offers a garden which can be used by the howl community, it invites to spend time together e.g. for a nice bbq in the summer.
On the ground floor you have kitchen with space for dinning.
Das Haus befindet sich im Münchner Stadteil Giesing.
Giesing entwickelt sich immer mehr und mehr bei den jungen Leuten zu einem attraktiven Stadtteil.
In unter 3 Minuten erreicht man die Ubahnstation St. Quirin Platz (U1).
von dort ist man in 5 Stationen am Sendlingertor und 6 Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof (9 Minuten )
Supermärkte, Restaurants und Banken erreicht man ebenso zu Fuß.
The house is located in the district of Giesing. This part of the city becomes more an more attractive to young people and therefore more lively.
In less than 3 minutes by foot you reach the metro station St. Quirin Platz (metroline U1). From there you reach the central station in only 6 stops or 9 minutes, Sendlinger Tor is only 5 stations away.
You will reach everything for your everyday needs just as supermarkets, restaurants or bank by foot from the house.
Die Wg besteht zurzeit aus 9 Personen aus der ganzen Welt. Aktuell sind wir 1 Mädels und 8 Jungs im Haus.
Wir würden uns wünschen, dass du dich in das WG-Leben einbringst. Auch würden wir uns wünschen, dass du länger bleibst damit ein richtiges Gemeinschaftsgefühl entsteht. Wenn du dich dieser Aufgabe gewachsen fühlst fänden wir es toll wenn du uns anschreibst!
Der Garten ist außerdem über den Keller für alle zugänglich und hat auch einen grossen Tisch für gemeinsame Abende, eventuell auch mit nem Bier oder Wein ;)
Currently we are 9 people in the WG from all over the world. We are now 1 girls and 8 boys.
We would like you to take part in the live of the WG. Also we would like you to stay longer so a real community feeling can arise. If you are up for this task we would love to hear from you!
Another thing to mention is that the garden is accessable for everybody through the basement. On the terrace we also have a big table and sitting options for everybody to enjoy a beer or wine all together.
Sowohl eine Spülmaschine, als auch eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Der Müll wird jede Wochen abgeholt, es gibt eine separate Bio Tonne, ebenso wie eine Papiertonne.
Die Fahrräder können entweder im Garten oder vor der Haustüre geparkt werden.
Die Miete Beinhaltet, alle Nebenkosten, ebenso wie GEZ/Rundfunkbeitrag ARD ZDF.
Es fallen sonst keine extra Kosten an.

There is also a dishwasher and washing machine in the house.
The garbage is being picked up every week, we also separate waste (residual, organic and paper).
If you have a bike you can either park it in front of the house or at the back in the garden.
The rent contains, all additional costs, such as energy, water, waste etc. and also the Rundfunkbeitrag ARD ZDF which is mandatory for every household in Germany.
There are no extra costs.
