es gibt ab den 01.03.2025 bis 31. Januar 2026 oder kürzer ein Zimmer in einer 5er-WG in einer Wohnung in der Nadistraße (Flachbereich) im Olympiadorf mit Innenhof zur Zwischenmiete zu mieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rand zur Parkanlage. Das Zimmer ist etwa 12qm² groß mit Blick in den Garten. Du teilst Dir mit einem Mitbewohner ein Bad und einen abgetrennten kleinen Flur. Die Fotos vom Zimmer sind nicht ganz aktuell, das Bett steht drinnen, ausserdem ein hölzerner Kleiderschrank.
Als gemeinschaftliche Wohnfläche gibt es ein sehr großes schönes Wohnzimmer mit einer offenen Küche, mit Tisch und Sofa. Außerdem gibt es einen Garten und einen Innenhof.
Es handelt sich um eine internationale Studenten-WG. Momentan leben hier eine Frau und drei Männer in der WG.
5-10€ gehen zusätzlich monatlich in eine Gemeinschaftskasse für die nötigsten Besorgungen.

There s a furnished room to rent from 01.03.2025 to 31.January 2026 or shorter in a 5-person-WG in the Olympic Village. The room has 12qm and is furnished with bed, table, shelve und wardrobe.
and looks to the garden. You share the bathroom and a small floor with one person. There is a big living room and an open kitchen. The flat although has a garden and an atrium. At the moment there are italian, spanish and indian persons living together (two women and two men).
In the costseverything is included, also electricity and internet. On top, you only pay a small amount of money into a collective cashbox for thinks you need altogether.
