Heyyy, was für ein netter Zufall, dass Ihr über unsere Anzeige gestoßen seid!
Wir suchen nämlich coole Mitbewohner:innen für unserer WG hier in Pasing.
Zur Miete stehen 3 Zimmer von 20-30 qm mit einem herrlichen uralten Dielenfußboden. Dazu kommt der Rest des alten Gemäuers, mit alten Einbauschränken und hohen Decken, der irgendwie auch ganz nice ist.
Aber schaut euch das einfach selbst auf den Fotos an, oder kommt mal zu einer Besichtigung vorbei :D
Wir haben hier eine komplette Altstadtvilla mit riesigen Garten für uns alleine. Aktuell sind wir auch dran ein Gewächshaus fit zu machen und so. Wer also Bock auf Garten hat kommt bei uns also voll auf seine Kosten.
Insgesamt haben wir 4 Etagen, eine moderne Küche, und 2 Bäder mit retro Fliesen.
Das Haus ist über 100 Jahre alt, deßhalb ist in manchen Zimmern auch Stuck an der Decke, also so richtig Altbau halt :D

We are looking for a chill roommate for our WG here in Pasing.
We can offer 3 rooms with 20-30 square meters each and wonderfull old wooden floorboards. You can take a look for yourself on the photos, or come over for a tour!
We have a unique old-styled villa with a huge garden to ourselves. Currently, we are also fixing up the greenhouse, so if you're into gardening or have a green thumb, we are happy to have you on board ;)
Overall we have 4 floors, a modern kitchen, and 2 bathrooms with retro tiles.
The house is over 100 years old, that's why in some rooms there is also stucco on the ceiling - foundation used in older homes.

Unsere WG befindet sich in Pasing an der Pippingerstraße, ungefähr 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Pasing entfernt. Der Bahnhof liegt an der Stammstrecke, sodass eigentlich alle paar Minuten Züge zum Hauptbahnof fahren. Je nachdem mit welchem Zug, ist man in ungefähr 10-12 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Wenn man Bock auf Landschaft und Natur hat, ist man in 25 Minuten mit der Bahn am Starnberger See. Oder man radelt einfach 10 Minuten von uns aus der Stadt raus, dann fühlt man sich wie 100% auf dem Land :D

Our shared flat is located in Pasing on Pippingerstraße, about a 7 minute walk from Pasing train station. The station is on the main line, so there are S-Bahns every few minutes. It takes roughly 15 minutes to get to the city center. If you like the countryside and nature, you can reach Lake Starnberg in 25 minutes by train. Or you just bike 10 minutes from us out of the city, then you feel like you're 100% in the country!

Hey wir sind Sophie und Max und suchen neue Mitbewohner:innen, die Bock haben eine WG neu anzufangen.
Es wäre cool wenn du zwischen 25 - 30 Jahre alt bist, und Bock hast auf Bierchen ab und zu, oder Wein. Oder Schnaps :)
Uns ist Zusammenleben wichtig, und es wäre mega, wenn du Lust drauf hast das WG-Leben aktiv gemeinsam zu gestalten.
Bei uns soll jeder den Raum bekommen den er braucht. Aber wir wollen keine Zweck-WG werden.
Sophie ist Pflanzenpabst, und kennt alle Alocasien oder Monsteras mit Vornamen. Dazu ist Sie Sozialtante im Beruf.
Max handwerkt gerne, und eröffnet manchmal ne Ghetto-Werkstatt im Garten. Dazu malocht er ganz hart im öffentlichen Dienst.
Wir haben eine Menge Platz, und freuen uns wenn du Personality und Kreativität mitbringst :)
Hast du eigentlich im Suff schonmal ein Straßenschild geklaut? Wenn ja erzähl uns doch gern mal in deiner Nachricht davon.

Hey, we're Sophie and Max and we're looking for new flatmates who want to start a new flat share.
It would be cool if you are between 25 - 30 years old and like to have a beer or wine from time to time. Or schnapps :)
Living together is important to us, and it would be great if you'd like to actively shape life in the shared flat together.
We want everyone to have the space they need. But we don't want to be a Zweck-WG.
Sophie is the plant pope and knows all alocasia and monsteras by their first names. She's a socialworker at lohnarbeit.
Max likes to do handicrafts and sometimes opens a ghetto workshop in the garden. He also works very very hard in the public sector.
We have a lot of space, and would be happy if you bring personality and creativity :)

Noch so ein besonderes Highlight am Haus ist, dass der Garten direkt an einem Bach liegt. Der ist super zum drin baden, oder mit der Luftmatratze Strom abwärts zu fahren. Wir sind hauptsächlich an langfristigen Mitbewohnern interessiert.

Another special highlight of the house is that the garden is located directly on a stream. This is great for swimming in it, or to go downstream with an air mattress and a beer in the summers. We are mainly interested in long-term roommates.
