Hey,
da drei Mitbewohner kurzfristig ausziehen, werden drei Zimmer im 1.OG der WG frei. Diese haben ca. 11,3, 15,4 und 17,8 m2 (Zimmer 1 - 3 im Grundriss 1.Obergeschoss). Es ist nicht möbliert, ob es Möbel zum übernehmen gibt, müsste abgesprochen werden. All shared areas on the ground floor and basement as well as in the garden can be used.
Außerdem wurde das Souterrain gerade neu hergerichtet, und es wurde in eine neue Küche und ein Gemeinschaftsraum eingebaut (zu sehen im Plan Untergeschoss).

As 3 flatmates are moving out at short notice, their rooms in the shared house are becoming available. The rooms are on the 1st floor. It has approx. 15 m2 (room 1 in the floor plan 1st floor). It is not furnished, whether there is furniture to take over would have to be discussed. All shared areas on the ground floor and basement can be used.
In addition, the basement has just been refurbished with a new kitchen, (to be seen in the plan of the lower floor).
Die Haus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Westkreuz und ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Zur S-Bahn Station Westkreuz dauert es zu Fuß ca. 10 min - direkt vor dem Haus fährt sonst auch ein Bus nach Pasing. Zwei Parkplätze sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden, in der Umgebung ist sonst aber auch immer etwas frei.
The house is close to Westkreuz and is very conveniently located. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Westkreuz S-Bahn station - there is also a bus to Pasing directly in front of the house. There are two parking spaces on the property and there is always more free parking space in the surrounding area.
Aktivitäten in der Gruppe sind möglich und finden statt, es ist aber auch genug Platz vorhanden, um sich zurückzuziehen.
Group activities are possible and take place, but there is also enough space to retreat.
Neben Deutsch wird in der WG auch Englisch gesprochen, entsprechende Kentnisse wären vorteilhaft.
Bitte beachten, dass das Zimmer bis zum 31.06.2024 befristet ist, evtl. mit Möglichkeit zum verlängern um 1 Jahr :)
In addition to German, English is also spoken in the shared house, so knowledge of English would be advantageous.
