Dear future roommate,
The second room in my apartment has become available at short notice. The apartment is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood, with lots of greenery and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with enclosed living area and a balcony. A car parking space (I don't have a car, so you could use it), parking space for bicycles and a compartment in the basement are also included in the rent. As you can see on the pictures, the apartment is already fully furnished.
All major supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Edeka) are within 7 minutes walking distance. The Pasinger Arcaden, a major shopping mall in Munich, is right next to the Pasing train-station (7 minutes by bicycle). Using public transportation, you can get to Marienplatz within 25 minutes.
Should you plan to stay for at least six months, I'm looking forward to your message on this platform (kindly refrain from using Whatsapp, as this is way easier for me to organise all the requests 😊). The room is available from October 15.

Das zweite Zimmer in meiner Wohnung ist kurzfristig frei geworden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend mit viel Natur und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, eine Küche mit Wohnbereich und einen Balkon. Es gibt Parkplätze für Autos und Fahrräder. Und wir haben ein großes Kellerabteil. Wie du auf den Fotos sehen kannst, ist die Wohnung voll möbliert.
Fußläufig sind mehrere Supermärkte (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Edeka) in ca. 7 Minuten erreichbar. Die Pasinger Arcaden, eines der großen Einkaufszentren in München, sind direkt neben dem Pasinger Bahnhof und in 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Mit den ÖPNV kannst du in 25 Minuten am Marienplatz sein.
Wenn du planst, für mindestens 6 Monate zu bleiben, freue ich mich auf deine Nachricht auf WG-Gesucht (bitte micht auf Whatsapp oder so, ist so viel einfacher, all die Anfragen zu organisieren 😊). Das Zimmer ist ab dem 15. Oktober verfügbar.

The Pasing S-Bahn station and the Pasinger Arcaden can be reached in about 7 minutes by bike. Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, etc. can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. It will take around 25 minutes to get to the Marienplatz via S-Bahn.
