Das Zimmer ist momentan pink, aber es wird noch weiß gestrichen. Das Bett und der Schreibtisch können im Zimmer bleiben, müssen aber nicht. Wohnzimmer und zwei Bäder sind möbliert, die Küche ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist aus dem Jahr 2017, sehr modern und schön, energieeffizient.
Zurzeit ziehen die Eigentümer aus, deswegen ist es auf den Bildern etwas chaotisch.
Internet: Eine Glasfaserverbindung mit 250 MB/s ist verfügbar und bereits in der Miete enthalten.

The room is currently pink but will be repainted white. The bed and desk can remain in the room but don't have to. The living room and two bathrooms are furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped.
The apartment is from 2017, very modern and beautiful, and energy efficient.
Currently, the owners are moving out, which is why the pictures look a bit chaotic.
Internet: A fiber-optic connection with 250 MB/s is available and already included in the rent.
Die Lage ist super.
- Zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum Bus 50, 150, damit kann man zu U6 Alte Heide fahren oder zu U2 Frankfurter Ring. Nachtbus ist auch dort.
- Zu Fuß zu U6 ist auch nur 8 Minuten.
- Tram 23 zum Münchner Freiheit. Bus 177, und X35/X36 zum Olympiazentrum und Olympiaeinkaufzentrum
- Ein kleines Einkaufzentrum mit Rewe/Penny/DM ist zu Fuß in 3-4 Minuten.
- Diverse Restaurants sind direkt vor Ort
- Parkstadt Schwabing ist der Nachbarn. Man kann zu Fuß zu diverse Unternehmen gehen wie Microsoft, Amazon,IBM usw.

Ich würde in dem 11 sqm Zimmer wohnen, allerdings bin ich selten da. Ich komme nur gelegentlich hier.
Gesucht: Jemand, der keine Party in der Wohnung macht, sauber, freundlich.

Miete: 644 Euro + 156 (Nebenkosten) = 800 Euro, für alle auch für schnelles Internet/Strom usw.
Es gibt eine Garage für elektrisches Auto (normales Auto geht natürlich auch): kann man sie extra für 100 Euro mieten wenn man es braucht.
