One room is available in a beautiful Altbau apartment in the Münchener Freiheit neighborhood, just one street away from the Englischer Garten and a 4-minute walk to the U-Bahn (Münchener Freiheit). Edeka, Rewe, and other stores are right around the corner.
The room is free from 1st of August, but ther eis also the possibility to move in on the 15th of July. The room is available until the end of October, which is when my contract ends.
The rent is 850euros/month WARM.
You will be leaving with me, an uncomplicated and friendly french 27yo woman :)
The apartment is located in the vibrant neighborhood of Münchener Freiheit, yet on a very calm street. The balcony faces an Innenhof.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a separate toilet and a nice balcony (in the kitchen). The floor is a very beautiful old parquet.
Your bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The price for these two items is 300 euros, and they are yours! This means you should either take them with you in October or resell them on eBay.
The flat is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine.
