the room of a roommate is available from July 1st as he has finished his PhD.
The apartment in Domagkpark (Schwabing-Freimann) is on the ground floor facing the park with a little west garden (red currant, worcesterberry and raspberry inclusively :-) with a large eat-in kitchen (34 sqm) and 2 bathrooms.

About us: I am originally from Brittany and my husband from Touraine from France. We lived in Munich from 2000 to 2020 and need our apartment in Munich because we work in Munich. We have lived in Chiemgau for 4 years with our 3 children. We had the idea of turning our apartment into a shared flat.
We rent 3 rooms, one room is occupied by a PhD student an other is occupied by an IT manager and the third one by a trainee.
The bedroom windows (with venetian blinds) look directly onto the park (no car).
Washing machine, clothes horse and dryer are in the laundry room.
It is ideal for internship, deployment etc.

You share the apartment with the owners (alternately present mainly for professional purposes mostlty 1-2 days a week), an IT manager, a trainee in a quite and relaxing atmosphere.
It is TipTop clean - so cleanliness should be very important to you.
Someone cleans the appartment every two weeks.
The apartment is equipped without TV.
With an address in Domagkpark you can also rent within the quarter guest apartments (in case you want to accommodate visitors) and rent common rooms (in case you want to celebrate something).
If you arrive by train you can use the journey planner MVV Fahrplanauskunft (mvv-muenchen.de)
By plane the „Lufthansa Express Bus“ drives direct from the airport to the U6 Nordfriedhof Station (one station from U6 Alte Heide Station): Lufthansa Express Bus: Airport to Munich every 20 minutes (airportbus-muenchen.de).
