The room is 19 m2, with 1 large window, and its north-facing to a big nice and quiet courtyard. There are 2 bathrooms (with bathtub, sink and a washing machine) and a separate toilet. Our communal space includes a kitchen that has a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and stove, among other things. On top of that, we also have a cozy lobby to chill on!
The building is an early 20th-century Jugendstil Altbau, with high ceilings (Stuck) and details from the original construction.
** The contract is always around 2 years contract ( until 12.2026) but we had ours renewed already without a problem before.
2 min to Hohenzollernplatz u-bahn (U2), tram and bus
2 min to the nearest supermarket (Netto). There are many others such as Rewe, Edeka, dm, etc within 500m.
On the border of Maxvorstadt
7 min by bike to Englischer Garten
8 min by u-bahn to hauptbahnhof
Various restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
We are Caro (F, 30), Aline (F, 26) and Jeet (M, 29). Our flatmate Tim is sadly leaving us so we are looking for a chill person who enjoys sharing parts of WG life while respecting others’ privacy.
Caro is an architect, Aline is a TV producer while Jeet is a product manager by profession. Caro enjoys doing sports, going out with friends, and loves attending concerts.
Aline likes to cook, travel and have a chill Aperol Spritz with friends.
And lastly, Jeet loves the mountains, experimenting with food/drinks and occasional podcasting.
We, from time to time, like to have dinner/ drinks together, hiking, or plane old dancing ;)
The current tenant would prefer someone who is willing to take over his furniture. Details can be discussed during the visit. The room was painted (ceiling included) 3 years ago.
