Hello there! We are looking for a new flatmate for our four person shared flat starting on March 15. We offer a spacious unfurnished room with south and east facing windows and a spacious built-in cabinet/wardrobe.
The apartment is fairly old and hasn't been renovated in a while. So please make sure that you are okay with that. The rent includes all utility costs (heating, electricity, internet, GEZ and such).
The flat is quite big and you will find enough storage space for your things. It has a fully furnished kitchen with a dinning table and a shared balcony, a laundry room with two drying racks, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and a separate toilet. The hallway connecting those rooms has an extra door which, when closed, isolates kitchen noises from the bedrooms.
The flat is located between Josephsplatz (2 min on foot) and Hohenzollernplatz (5 min on foot) U2 U-bahn stations. Shops such as Lidl, Rewe, Netto and bakeries are all within a 5 min walk away. Luitpoldpark, Olympiapark and Englischer Garten can all be reach in less than 10 min by bike.
Your flatmates will be Niklas, Romana and Heiko. Niklas is an avid swimmer that loves hanging out with his roomies after work. Romana moved from the picturesque region of Puglia to Munich and is now working in hospitality industry. She is open to spend some time with her flatmates, share her food experimentations and chat over a glass of wine. Heiko is passionate about his PhD research which will be coming to an end this year. He enjoys playing DnD with friends and will certainly invite you to play volleyball in summer.
This is not a party WG but that doesn't mean that we cannot have friends over. We would be glad to join you and your friends for some drinks! On the other hand, no one should feel obligated to do things together. Balance is the key 😊
