Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und nur wenige Meter von der Theresienwiese entfernt, in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, ein Einkaufszentrum und Bio-Märkte. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt in Nähe und ausreichend vorhanden.Parkplätze sind eher schwierig. Fahrrad kann im Hof geparkt werden. Das Zimmer liegt Richtung Süden. Eine großzügige Wohnküche bietet alles, was man für den Alltag braucht. Ich selbst bin am von Freitag bis Sonntag unterwegs ud eher nur unter der Woche zu Hause. Ich würde mich als entspannten und fröhlichen und unkomplizierten Mitbewohner beschreiben. Ich bin selbständig und arbeite in der Filmbranche. Bei Fragen meldet euch einfach gerne!

The apartment is centrally located and only a few meters away from the Theresienwiese. There are numerous shopping facilities such as Edeka, a shopping center and bio-markets. Public transportation is close by and sufficient parking spaces are rather difficult to find. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. The room faces south. A spacious kitchen offers everything you need for everyday life. I myself am on the road from Friday to Sunday and only at home during the week. I would describe myself as a relaxed, cheerful and uncomplicated . I am self-employed and work in the film industry. If you have any questions, just get in touch!
