Hola :) Es gibt einen Edeka und einen Lidl in 5 Minuten Fußweg und auch Fitnessstudios sind in der Nähe (ca. 10 Minuten). Die U-Bahn-Station Westendstraße ist nur 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt (toller Vorteil!). Und man muss weder für das Internet noch für andere Dinge bezahlen.
Einer der großen Vorteile dieser WG ist, dass man eine der beeindruckendsten Aussichten in München hat, wir haben einen Balkon im 22. Stock und wir können auch auf die Dachterrasse gehen. :).
Das Mietzeitraum ist 15.06.24-31.08.24 und die Mietkosten werden proportional zum Ein- und Auszugsdatum sein.

Hola :) I'm subletting the room for 3 months because my roommate is leaving the department. The apartment is fully furnished with new furniture and has all what you need to live here. The entry date is on 01.09.24. As mentioned, the contract is for 1 year and possible to extend afterwards.
There is an Edeka and a Lidl by 5 minute walk and ther are also gyms nearby (10 mins aprox). The U-bahn station Westendstraße is only 2 minutes away from the building (great perk!). And you don't have to pay for the internet or anything else.
One of the great perks of this WG is that you get to have one of the most impressive views in Munich, we have a balcony in the 22nd floor and we also can access the rooftop.
Aktuell befinde ich mich im 4. Semester meines Masterstudienganges Elektro- und Informationstechnik und arbeite als Embedded Software Engineer.
Ich bin sehr aktiv und die meiste Zeit draußen. In meiner Freizeit mache ich ehrlich gesagt nur Sport und hänge mit meinen Freunden ab. Du bist herzlich eingeladen, wenn du mal mitkommen willst.
Zu Hause bin ich sehr ruhig und gehe aufgrund meiner Verpflichtungen zu einer vernünftigen Zeit schlafen. Ich suche dasselbe in dir als Mitbewohner.
Ich bin immer bereit, Pläne mit dir zu machen, wenn du willst und ich mag auch Privatsphäre, ich bin ein sehr freundlicher und respektvoller Typ, dem du total vertrauen kannst.

I'm always up for doing plans with you if you want and I also like privacy, I am a very friendly and respectful guy that you can totally trust.
I am very active and I am most of the times out. In my free time I honestly only do sports and hang out with my friends. You are invited if you wanna join some time.
