The whole house (kitchen, bathroom) and the rooms are fully furnished.
The room comes with a double bed 140cmx200cm a wardrobe, desk and a chair and a huge garden perfect for summer :)
The house 3 has fully equipped bathrooms.
The house has a garden as well.
The whole house is furnished including the kitchen and free washing machine.
The location is walking distance to U-Bahn Westpark (U6) 2-3 min.
And also walking distance to the Westpark perfect for running or enjoying the quiet atmosphere.
There is also unlimited highspeed Wifi in the whole house.
The rent is 650€ including all bills.
The minimum stay is 1 year!

one italian girl, one turkish girl and one indonesian girl all students
two turkish Master Students and one Russian Student living in the house.
We're all doing our Masters at TUM :)
