Weil ich spontan mit einem Freund zusammenziehe, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer (Zimmer 2) in der Siegenburger Straße abgeben. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer ruhigen 4er WG aus Studenten und Berufstätigen gemischt. Die Wohnung wurde 2023 renoviert und ist daher in einem super Zustand. Außerdem ist das Zimmer von Grund aus gut eingerichtet, inklusive Bett, Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Spiegel. Die entsprechenden Fotos habe ich selbst bei meinem Einzug gemacht (Stand Januar 2025).
Die Küche bietet auch alles, was man grundsätzlich braucht: vier Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Ofen, Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine mit zusätzlicher Trockenfunktion.
Ich würde mich freuen, eine/n Abnehmer/in zu finden und bin grundsätzlich bezüglich der Übergabe und Abwicklung total flexibel!
Anmerkung: Das Zimmer wird von der Immowert GmbH verwaltet und vermietet, weshalb die Übergabe nicht direkt allein über mich abgewickelt werden würde.

Since I'm spontaneously moving in with a friend, I would like to hand over my room (room 2) on Siegenburger Straße. The room is part of a quiet 4-person shared apartment with a mix of students and working professionals. The apartment was renovated in 2023 and is therefore in excellent condition. Additionally, the room is well-furnished, including a bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, and mirror. I took the corresponding photos myself when I moved in (as of January 2025).
The kitchen also offers everything you basically need: four stovetops, a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and a washing machine with an additional drying function.
I would be happy to find someone to take over the room and am totally flexible regarding the handover and process!
Note: The room is managed and rented by Immowert GmbH, so the handover would not be handled solely through me.
Die Siegenburger Straße 109 ist im Herzen von München, liegt dennoch in einer eher ruhigen Gegend und bietet eine hervorragende Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz der Stadt. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich die U-Bahn-Station "Westendstraße", von der sowohl die U4 als auch die U5 abfährt. Außerdem ist die Tramstation "Fachnerstraße" der Linie 18 zwei Gehminuten entfernt.
Ein Edeka, eine DM-Drogerie und eine Apotheke erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Für Handwerkerfreunde ist der OBI direkt gegenüber von der Haustür perfekt gelegen.
Für einen Spaziergang oder eine Joggingrunde eignet sich der Westpark, welcher quasi direkt an das Grundstück grenzt.

Siegenburger Straße 109 is located in the heart of Munich, yet in a relatively quiet area, offering excellent access to the city's public transportation network. The "Westendstraße" U-Bahn station, served by both the U4 and U5 lines, is just a few minutes' walk away. Additionally, the "Fachnerstraße" tram stop for line 18 is only a two-minute walk from the building.
An Edeka supermarket, a DM drugstore, and a pharmacy can be reached within a 10-minute walk. For DIY enthusiasts, the OBI hardware store is conveniently located right across from the front door.
For a walk or a jog, Westpark is an ideal spot, as it is practically adjacent to the property.
Die WG besteht außer mir momentan aus einem weiteren Studenten und einem Berufstätigen. Die Atmosphäre innerhalb der WG ist eher entspannt und ruhig. Wenn du also nach einem Zuhause suchst, an dem du dich sowohl in Ruhe ausruhen kannst oder konzentrieren möchtest, ist das Zimmer perfekt für dich!
Ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander ist selbstverständlich und wird hier Tag für Tag gelebt.

The shared apartment currently consists of one other student and one working professional besides me. The atmosphere in the apartment is relaxed and quiet. So if you're looking for a home where you can both rest in peace and focus, this room is perfect for you!
Mutual respect is a given here and is practiced every day.
