This inviting private room on Mittersendling in Munich spans 20 m2 and is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable bed, a spacious wardrobe, a working desk, as well as comfortable sofa, ideal for both relaxation and productivity. The apartment is shared with 3 queer-friendly housemates. It is equipped with central heating and high-speed WiFi, providing a warm and connected atmosphere throughout the year.
The flat is 3 minutes away from the S7 (Mittersendling) by walk, and 10-15 minutes away from both U3 (Obersendling Station) and U6 (Harras). It also has a bus stop right in front, making commuting anywhere in the city very convenient.

The apartment features a bathroom and a separate toilet for shared use. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, making meal preparation convenient. Additionally, there is a washing machine available for shared use, adding practicality to daily routines.

The flat is located in Mittersendling area, just 5 minutes away from Mittersendling S-Bahn station (S7), and 10-15 minutes away from Obersendling (U3) and Harras (U6). The flat is also served by a bus stop right in front of it, which may reduce the time to both U-Bahns stations to less than 5 minutes.

We are a multinational, queer friendly, English speaking flat. Two of our flatmates are students (one engineering Masters student and one physics PhD candidate) and the third one has just finished their masters in engineering.

Our interests are varied and we love spending time together by playing games, having movie nights and going to clubs together. We offer you a friendly, clean and harmonious flat-sharing.
