The room is fully furnished with an extendable bed, wardrobe, study desk, chair anf side bed table. The room is 11m2 in size with a west facing window located on the 6th floor which provides a good panoramic view of the surroundings.
The room is perfectly located just 1 min walk to Ubahn Fürstenried West. The bus station Fürstenried West is also 2 mins by walk.
The closest supermarkets are Rewe, Penny which are just besides the Ubahn station as well, so also 2 mins by walk. There’s a Turkish store and Asian store nearby as well.
The apartment is a 4 shared international WG. You will be sharing the flat with 3 males age ranging between 22-25. We value cleanliness in the apartment. Everyone has their own schedule bht every now and then we have a chat in the kitchen in the evening and also like to go out for drinks and food every once in a while.
The type of contract for this apartment will be a sublet contract for the first two months and then a long term unlimted contract following that.
