Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, un einem Regal. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, und auf jeder Etage gibt es jeweils eine Toilette. Du wirst also die Toilette mit 2 Mitbewohnern teilen.

The room is furnished with a single bed, desk, and shelf. The apartment is divided into two floors, and on each floor, there is a toilet. So, you will share the toilet with 2 roommates.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt perfekt, in 2 Minuten zu Fuß bist du im Einkaufszentrum Riem-Arkaden. Da befindet sich fast alles was du brauchst. Direkt daneben hast du viele Restaurants und alles mögliche. DM, Edeka befinden sich im Einkaufszentrum. Für diese Lage ist das Zimmer aber sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung in einem verkehrsfreie Area liegt, also nur Fahrräder dürfen reinfahren. In 2 Minuten hast du auch die U-Bahn Station Messestadt West mit U2 Feldmoching. Außerdem gibt es unterschiedliche Busse direkt neben der U-Bahn. In 15 min zu Fuß bist du in Riemer See ! ist das in dieser Sommerzeit nicht geil?!

The location of the apartment is really perfect. In 2 minutes on foot, you reach the Riem-Arkaden shopping center, where you can find almost everything you need. Right next to it, there are many restaurants and various shops. DM and Edeka are located in the shopping center. Despite this central location, the room is very quiet because the apartment is in a traffic-free area where only bicycles are allowed. In just 2 minutes, you can also reach the Messestadt West subway station with the U2 line towards Feldmoching. Additionally, there are various buses right next to the subway. In a 15-minute walk, you'll reach the Riemer See! Isn't that fantastic?!

In der Wohnung wohnen Lydia, Mohit, Bela, Gleb, und ich. Da unser Mitbewohner umgezogen ist, sind wir auf der Suche nach einer netten Mitbewohnerin, oder einem netten Mitbewohner.
Bela, Gleb und Lydia studieren, ich und Mohit arbeiten. Die Mitbewohner sind alle nett und kummunikativ. Wir treffen uns in der Küche und machen was zusammen, wenn wir bock daruaf haben. Ab und zu mal Bierpong. Also, die Stimmung ist schon nice. Die Wohnung hat einen Wohnzimmer neben der Küche und dazu noch einen große Balkon, was zum Grillen sehr gut ist! Auch wenn das im Winter nicht passt :D

In the apartment, Lydia, Mohit, Bela, Glen, and I live. Since our Flatmate moved out to antother apartment, we are lookning for a nice Flatmate. Bela, Gleb, Ibuki, and Lydia are students, while Mohit and I work. All the roommates are friendly and communicative. We are definitely not a purpose-driven shared apartment. We gather in the kitchen and do things together when we feel like it. Occasionally, we play beer pong. The atmosphere is really nice. The apartment has a living room next to the kitchen and also a large balcony, perfect for grilling! Even though that's not ideal in winter :D
