Ruhig & großzügig! Unsere WG ist eine Haus WG mit mir (42), meiner Tochter (10) und unseren 2 Katzen. Wir leben auf knapp 140qm, von denen du 2 Zimmer mit ca 30qm bewohnst. Im Keller ist das wirklich sehr ruhige Schlafzimmer mit ca 15qm, das bereits ein Doppelbett, eine große Kommode sowie einen Garderobenständer beinhaltet. Im Dachgeschoss ist das 2. Zimmer/Galerie, ebenfalls knapp 15qm, sehr hell mit einem großen Südbalkon. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Ecksofa und einem Tisch mit 4 Stühlen ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt es noch eine Sonnenliege für den Balkon und einen kleinen Schreibtisch, der wahlweise oben oder unten stehen kann.
Im Erdgeschoss wäre dann noch dein Bad mit Dusche und WC, eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche und zusätzlich noch mein Wohnzimmer und ein großer Garten mit Trampolin. Sicherlich wird dich meine Tochter fragen, ob du mit ihr springen magst ;-)
Unsere Zimmer sind im 1. Stock (Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer, Büro), sprich wir wohnen zwar zusammen, haben aber trotzdem eigene Bereiche, wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben mag.

Quiet & spacious! Our „WG“ is a house flat share with me (42), my daughter (10) and our 2 cats. We live on about 140 sqm, of which you would rent 2 rooms with about 30 sqm. In the basement is the really quiet bedroom with approx. 15 sqm, which already contains a double bed, a large chest of drawers and a coat rack. In the attic is the 2nd room/gallery, also just under 15sqm, very bright with a large south-facing balcony. The room is furnished with a corner sofa and a table with 4 chairs. There is also a sun lounger for the balcony and a small desk that can be placed either upstairs or downstairs.
On the ground floor there would be your bathroom with shower and toilet, a large, fully equipped kitchen and, in addition, my living room and a large garden with a trampoline. Surely my daughter will ask you if you would like to jump with her ;-)
Our rooms are on the first floor (bedroom, children's room, office), so although we live together, we still have our own areas if you‘d like to have some privacy.

Ja, wir wohnen etwas außerhalb, wenn arbeit oder Uni aber zentral in der Stadt liegen geht es immer noch recht schnell. Von uns zur S-Bahn (S4/S6 Vaterstetten) sind es nur 7min zu Fuß und von da aus 20min bis zum Marienplatz. Die Bahn fährt sehr häufig und auch abends recht lang.

Yes, we live a bit outside, but if work or university are centrally located in the city, it's still quite quick. It's only a 7-minute walk from us to the S-Bahn (S4/S6 Vaterstetten) and 20 minutes from there to Marienplatz. The train runs very frequently and also quite long in the evenings.

Was ist sonst noch wichtig: Ich bin sehr WG-erfahren und grundsätzlich ein ziemlich entspannter Charakter - mit mir kann man über alles reden, egal ob es um die WG oder privates geht. Ich bin offen, tolerant und durchaus auch jung geblieben, lasst euch also nicht von meinem Alter abschrecken ;-)
Ich freue mich wenn es über eine reine Zweck-WG hinausgeht und man abends auch mal zusammen kocht oder ein Bier/Wein trinkt, ich kann aber auch damit Leben wenn du deine Ruhe haben magst und lernen möchtest. Das einzige was mir wichtig wäre ist, dass nicht dauern Partys oder Übernachtungsgäste im Haus sind - ist halt eher Familienatmosphäre als Studi-WG....

What else is important: I am very experienced with flat-sharing and basically a pretty relaxed character - you can talk to me about anything, whether it's about the flat-sharing or private matters. I am open-minded, tolerant and young at heart, so don't be put off by my age ;-)
I am happy if it goes beyond a purely functional shared flat and you cook together in the evening or drink a beer/wine, but I can also live with it if you like to have your peace and quiet and want to study. The only thing that would be important to me is that there are no parties or overnight guests in the house all the time - it's more of a family atmosphere than a student flat share....

6 Monate von ca mitte/ende April bis mitte/ende Oktober. Keine Verlängerung möglich, da ich dann ausziehe.
