I've been renting the bedroom through Airbnb, but it would be really nice to have a flatmate again for a few months, therefore here I am 🤗. I'm renting a bedroom for short-term or long-term stay, from December 1st.
Your room has 23m2 and is located on the left side after the corridor and it's right in front of the bathroom. It is completely furnished, but you are more than welcome to add more things you need to your bedroom. It has a balcony that connects to the living room and my bedroom. The apartment is very modern and completely furnished, things included are TVs with Chromecast (access to Netflix and Prime video), toaster and sandwich/waffle maker, SodaStream machine for making sparkling water, popcorn machine, Airfryer, microwave and oven, dishwasher, mixer, baking mixer, hairdryer.
In April 2023 the whole apartment was painted and the kitchen renovated. Please be aware that I have a female Chihuahua dog called Lucy, so it is very important that you like dogs. You are free to share your room with one or 2 more people if you want for the total price of 1700€ (or 2300€ for 3 people in the same bedroom).
The apartment is 4 mins far from Kolumbusplatz U1 and U2 subway station and only 10mins by foot from Isar/Fraunhoferstraße. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance of 3mins. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions 😊
4mins to the Kolumbusplatz U-Bahn station, where you will have access to U1, U2, U7 and U8. It's also 5mins to the bus station that takes you to the Zoo or Sendlinger Tor. Rewe and Edeka are within 6mins and Aldi is rechable in a 10mins walk. And Isar/Fraunhoferstraße are within 13mins. Although quite central, it's a very quiet area where buses and trucks can't pass, only cars pass by.
My small female dog (2,3kgs) and I are going to be your flatmate. I study and work a lot, but I love to have friends over some evenings or during the weekend. It would be nice to find a roommate that is fun, friendly, well-organized, responsible and very clean. I have high standards regarding cleanliness with the kitchen and the bathroom, just like Monica from Friends 😁
