I am looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely shared flat in Schwabing. The move-in date is negotiable (you can move in any day before that but won’t have to pay extra). The room can also be converted to long term afterwards.
ROOM
The room is fully furnished, well-lit, and in good condition. You will have a king-size bed, two closets, a bedside table, a shelf, a desk, a desk chair, and a balcony.
APARTMENT
We have a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and shower. There is an additional restroom with another toilet. The kitchen has all common utensils. We also have a dishwasher and washing machine. The rent includes utilities and the GEZ fee. In the basement, there is a bicycle room and storage area.
LOCATION
There is a bus stop right outside the building that takes you to U2, U3, and U6 (Scheidplatz / Münchner Freiheit) subway stations in ~5 mins. In total, it takes about 20 mins total to get to the city center (Odeonsplatz).
FLATMATES
You will share the apartment with four people. Jason and Bryan are undergrads at TUM, Usman is a chemical engineer at TUM, and Arpit works as a software engineer. You will enjoy a casual, friendly atmosphere. We normally speak English in the flat but German also works for most of us. Everyone is very chill and happy to help whenever needed. During my time, I always got along well with everyone. We clean the flat once every two weeks by default, with shorter intervals if required.
VIEWING
I would prefer if you could come in person but Zoom also works.

Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer in unserer schönen WG in Schwabing. Der Einzugstermin ist verhandelbar (das Zimmer ist bereits frei).
ZIMMER
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, hell und in gutem Zustand. Vorhanden sind ein Kingsize-Bett, zwei Schränke, ein Nachttisch, ein Regal, einen Schreibtisch, ein Bürostuhl, und ein Balkon.
WOHNUNG
Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit WC, Badewanne und Dusche. Zudem gibt es eine weitere separate Toilette. Die Küche verfügt über alle üblichen Utensilien. Wir haben auch eine Geschirrspülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. In der Miete sind Nebenkosten und die GEZ-Gebühr enthalten. Keller und Fahrradkeller sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
LAGE
Direkt vor dem Gebäude befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man in ~5 Minuten zu den U-Bahnstationen U2, U3 und U6 (Scheidplatz / Münchner Freiheit) fährt. Insgesamt braucht man ca 20 min zur Innenstadt (Odeonsplatz).
MITWOHNER
Es gibt vier Mitbewohner. Jason und Bryan studieren an der TUM, Usman ist Chemieingenieur an der TUM und Arpit arbeitet als Softwareentwickler. Es besteht eine lockere, freundliche Atmosphäre. Man redet zumeist Englisch miteinander aber die meisten von uns können auch Deutsch. Wir kommen immer gut miteinander aus, und alle sind stets hilfsbereit. Wir reinigen die Wohnung alle zwei Wochen, mit kürzeren Intervallen wenn notwendig.
