Ich biete ein Zimmer in einer 3 Zimmer Wohnung (65m2) an. Die Wohnung befindet sich im nördlichen Teil Münchens am Lerchenauer See. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (7 Minuten zu Fuß), eine Bäckerei und mit dem Radl oder Bus ist man binnen 8 Minuten am OEZ.
Des Weiteren gibt es eine Bushaltestelle 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt mit dem man in 5 Minuten zur OEZ U Bahn stelle fahren kann (U3/U1/U8). Dazu gibt es auch die S Bahn Stelle Fasanarie (S1) die 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist.
Solltest du ein Auto besitzen gibt es ausreichenden Platz das Auto abzustellen / parken (umsonst).
Das Zimmer ist ca 13m2 gross und könnte teilmöbliert sein mit einem Arbeitstisch, Schrank und einer Lampe (gegen Ablöse).
Das Zimmer ist auf der westlichen Seite und hat einen guten Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Warmmiete beinhaltet alle NK - Strom, Internet, Wasser / Heizung und Rundfunkgebühren.
Ich wäre dein Roomie d.h. es handelt sich um eine 2 Personen WG.
Zu mir:
Ich bin 31 Jahre alt (männlich), berufstätig, der gern kocht und Sport treibt. Ich bin sozial und verbringen viel Zeit draußen (Wandern, joggen, Sport) und Reise viel.

Das Schlafzimmer kann teilmöbliert übergeben werden.

I am offering a room in a shared appartment (3 room appartment, 65m2). The room is approximately 13m2 and is partly furnished with a working table, shelf and lamp.
In close proximity to the appartment there is a supermarket (7 mins) and also the OEZ shopping Center is 10 minutes on the bike or 5 mins on the Bus. There is a bus 2 minutes from the appartment that takes you to OEZ U Bahn (U1/U1/U8).
Additionally there is the S Bahn station Fasanarie that is 10 Minutes walking away (S1).
If you have a car there is ample parking space for free around the appartment(street parking).
The Warmrent includes all costs - internet, electricity, radio/TV fees, water and heating.
The furnitures in the room can be left there - table, chair, laminate protector, lamp.
The room is free from 01.10.2024 (flexible move in dates).
