Da ich aus persönlichen Gründen sehr spontan Ausziehen muss suche ich eine*n Nachmieter*in für mein schönes WG Zimmer. Zimmer, sowie Küche, sind alle komplett möbliert - inklusive Bettzeug. Alle Möbel sind brandneu! ( vor 6 Monaten gekauft) Du musst also nur deinen Koffer mitnehmen und einziehen. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett (1,40m), 2 Schränke und ein Schreibtisch.
As I have to move out very spontaneously for personal reasons, I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful room. The room and kitchen are fully furnished - including bedding. All you have to do is bring your suitcase and move in. All furniture is brand new (6 months old). In the room there is a bed (1.40m), 2 wardrobes and a desk.
Die Lage ist perfekt direkt am Bahnhof und Tram Station Berg am Laim. Man ist also in 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 3 Minuten entfernt mit Aldi, Rewe und DM. Schöne, ruhige Wohngegend mit Natur und frei begehbaren Gartengrund um die Häuser herum!
The location is perfect, right next to the train and streetcar station Berg am Laim. So you can be at the main station in 15 minutes. Direct shopping facilities 3 minutes away with Aldi, Rewe and DM. Beautiful, quiet residential area with nature and freely accessible garden grounds around the houses!
Wir sind teilweise Internationals und teilweise Deutsch. Alle Mitbewohner haben / machen ihren Master und sind Werkstudenten bzw Trainees. Das heißt alle sind eigentlich berufstätig und es ist keine PartyWG. Trotzdem ist das Zusammenleben harmonisch egal ob man morgens gemeinsam einen Kaffee trinkt, Abends kocht oder mal ein Eis essen oder in den Biergarten geht. Es wird großen Wert auf eine harmonische Gemeinschaft gelegt!
We are partly Internationals, partly German. All the flatmates have / are doing their Master's degree and are working students or trainees. This means that everyone is actually working and it's not a party flat share. Nevertheless, living together is harmonious, regardless of whether you have a coffee together in the morning, cook in the evening or go out for an ice cream or to the beer garden. Great importance is attached to a harmonious community!
