Hi, I am Miguel, I am Portuguese and I live in Munich for one year now. The other current tenant is Rafaela, she is Brazilian and has been living in Munich for 1 year and a half. We have a pretty cosy life, as you can see the apartment is out of the chaos, so life here is more of a countryside vibe, however, still very well connected to the center. We are in Marienplatz in aprox. 30 minutes using public transport. Pasing is 15min away.
We are looking for someone that is working, is a well-reasoned person that understands the implications of sharing an apartment , and that is responsible and accountable. And the goal is to have a cosy space where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and happy.
The room has a sofa bed, a closet, and a few other things that can be taken over if you want for an agreed fee (if not it will be unfurnished). The washing machine plus a dining table and a few chairs have to be taken over in proportion to what we paid (that would be 95 Euros).
