Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage und die Anbindung ist optimal, die U6 sowie die S-Bahn und verschiedene Busse sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Du bist sehr schnell mit der U6 am Sendlinger Tor und kannst von dort aus fast alles erreichen.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden - dm (direkt gegenüber), Lidl, Edeka usw.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential/commercial building directly at Harras.
The connection is optimal, the U6 as well as the S-Bahn and various buses are in the immediate area.

Wir (Annemarie & Katharina) suchen aktuell nach einer 3. Person, die zu uns passt und im Zeitraum von Januar - September 2025 in Aylins Zimmer einziehen möchte.
Wir haben ein sehr angenehmes Zusammenleben. Wir verstehen uns sehr gut, quatschen gerne mal in der Küche oder machen kleine Ausflüge. Jede von uns zieht sich aber gerne mal zurück, da wir alle Vollzeit arbeiten und viel unterwegs sind. Alles nach dem Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss!
Außerdem legen wir viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung.
Zu uns:
Annemarie (24) ist vor kurzem ins Berufsleben eingestiegen und arbeitet als Consultant bei einer Versicherung. Sie kocht gerne, macht viel Sport und ist gerne draußen unterwegs.
Katharina (25) arbeitet schon eine Weile und hat im Oktober ihren berufsbegleitenden Master begonnen. Sie ist gerne unterwegs mit Freunden oder verbringt Zeit mit ihrem Hund in der Heimat.
In der Wohnung nebenan befindet sich außerdem eine gemischte 5er WG.

We (Annemarie & Katharina) are currently looking for a 3rd person who fits in with us and would like to move into Aylin's room in the period from January - September 2025.
We have a very pleasant life together. We get on very well, like to chat in the kitchen or go on little excursions. However, each of us likes to withdraw from time to time, as we all work full-time and travel a lot. Everything according to the motto: everything can, nothing must!
We also attach great importance to having a clean and tidy apartment.
About us:
Annemarie (24) has recently started her career and works as a consultant for an insurance company. She likes to cook, does a lot of sport and enjoys being outdoors.
Katharina (25) has been working for a while and started her part-time Master's degree in October. She enjoys going out with friends or spending time with her dog at home.
There is also a mixed flat of 5 people in the apartment next door.

Das Einzugsdatum und Enddatum sind flexibel (+- 2 Wochen).
Dein Zimmer bleibt komplett möbiliert (Bett, Teppich, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl). Bei Bedarf kann ich auch gerne meine Lampen und/ oder meinen Bildschirm dalassen.
Natürlich werde ich ansonsten alle meine persönlichen Gegenstände ausräumen, sodass du genug Platz für alle deine hast.

Your room will be fully furnished (bed, carpet, wardrobe, desk and chair). If necessary, I can also leave my lamps and/or my screen.
