This will be a month long sublet, please make sure the dates for the sublet are okay with you :)
It is 17m2 room with your own balcony. Being south facing, it receives plenty of sunlight throughout the day. It is fully equiped with furniture and I will also leave my computer screen for you to use if you need it.
The flat is located in Berg am Laim and is close to everything you need. Rewe, Lidl, Rossman, Dm and bakery are all less than 10 minutes walk or short by bike. Also you have quick access to all public transport, Ubhan (U2), tram (including the night tram), the Sbahn as well as buses. Everything within maximum 10 minutes of walking. Lastly to get to the city center it takes about 25 minutes.
The flat is located in a very quite area so you are secluded from the noises of the city but still have easy access to the center
In addition to the room and the balcony, since the WG is a whole house, there is a huge garden, living room with TV (netflix, amazon,etc), a kitchen and 2 toilets that you will have access to.
Further, there will be 5 more people in addition to you. They are from all around the world. (Alberto - Italy, Krista - Belarus, Vita - Russia, Michael - USA, Natalia - Spain). We all live like a family and often do things together, but everyone’s personal time is also respected. Most of us work but also Michael and Vita are studying. Overall, the WG is harmonious, flexible and cozy to live to in and feels like home.
