Das Zimmer ist etwa 20 m2 groß und kostet 850 Euro warm. Beim Boden handelt es sich um Parkett.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer, einen großen Flur und eine Küche mit Zugang zum Balkon. Außerdem ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine separate Toilette.
Die Küche und alle anderen Gemeinschaftsräume sind inzwischen voll ausgestattet. Außer für dein Zimmer brauchst du nichts mitzubringen (darfst aber bei Bedarf gerne). Für das Zimmer ist ein großer Schreibtisch vorhanden, den du für die dauer von uns leihen kannst.
Die Kaution beträgt 1700 Euro und ist vor Einzug fällig.
Die Küche muss anteilig für 283 Euro abgelöst werden.

The Room is about 20 square meters and the rent is 850 Euro per month.
The flat has 3 rooms, one for each flat mate. There is a balcony, a full equiped kitchen and space for gathering in the hallway. Also there is a bathroom with a shower and a bath tub and a separate WC.
The deposit is 1700 Euros and has to be payed in advance.
Also there is a deposit for the kitchen of 283 Euro.
Die Wohnung liegt in Pasing und hat Anbindung zur S-Bahnstammstrecke. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Beispielsweise gibt es 4 Minuten entfernt einen Lidl und Edeka.
Facharztpraxen sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.
Solltest du ernsthaftes Interesse an der WG haben schreibe als erstes Wort deiner Nachricht bitte: Diversity.
In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich außerdem ein kleines Naturschutzgebiet und ein Schlosspark. Die Wohnung ist trotz Nähe zum Bahnhof sehr ruhig gelegen.

The flat is in Pasing and you need only five minutes to the S-Bahn station. Also, there are plenty of shops nearby. For example, one Lidl and Edeka are less than five minutes away.
Also, there are some doctors and parks within walking distance.

Die WG selbst ist eine 3er WG. Die anderen Mitbewohner wären Anna 28 Jahre alt und Katharina 31 Jahre alt. Anna promoviert gerade im Bereich Politikwissenschaften.
Katharina studiert.
Wir wünschen uns eine ruhige WG, da wir beide durch chronische Erkrankungen sehr ruhebedürftig sind und einen festen Schlafrhythmus haben. Außerdem ist eine Einhaltung der Ruhezeiten vom Vermieter erwünscht.
Laute Partys kommen für uns nicht in Frage, gemütliches Zusammensitzen, ein DnD Abend oder gemeinsam mit zwei GästInnen kochen klingt aber super.
Wir wohnen bereits seit 4 Jahren zusammen und sind ein eingespieltes Team. In der neuen WG wollen wir ein Miteinander erschaffen in dem alle gleichberechtigt sind und Entscheidungen, die alle betreffen (z.B. wie dekorieren wir die Gemeinschaftsräume) gemeinsam getroffen werden. Eine respektvolle und offene Kommunikation ist uns sehr wichtig.
Wir beide sind eher introvertiert, dafür aber kreativ, einfühlsam und politisch engagiert.
Katharina malt z.B. gerne Demoschilder, die Anna dann auch die Demo mitnimmt ;-)

Your flat mates would be Anna (28) and Katharina (31). We are students.
We both are chonic ill and due to it in the need of peace and quiet. The landlord also wants the house to be quiet with isn't much of a problem for us.
We don't like or care much for loud and noisy partys.
Anna and I are living together for over 4 years and are a good team. We want to all be equals in the WG and decisions should be made by the three of us.
Also we want open and respectful communication, if needed.
Both of us, Anna and I are introverts, but creativ, empathical and politicly interessted.
Folgende Dinge haben wir in der Vergangenheit erlebt und wollen sie nicht für die WG:
Mysogenie, Ableismus, "Ausländer"-Feindlichkeit, Rassismus, Transfeindlichkeit, Fatphobia- allgemein wollen wir bei uns zu Hause keine menschenverachtenden Ansichten.
Queere Personen und Menschen mit chronischen Erkrankungen/ Behinderungen werden bevorzugt eingeladen.
Leider können wir dennoch nur Personen aufnehmen, die ohne Aufzug in den ersten Stock kommen, da dieser nicht vorhanden ist.

There are a few things we absolutly don't like or tolerate. Those are:
Mysogenie, ableism, rassism, transphobia, fatphobia and generall inhumane and opressive behavoir.
Queer people and people with chronic diseases are contacted prioritised.
Unfortunately there is no lift, so we can't invite people who aren't able to pass the stairs on their own.
