7qm Zimmer in netter 4er-WG mit top ÖPNV Anbindung

Die Wohnung liegt in der Plettstraße in Ramersdorf-Perlach.
Die U-Bahn Station Quiddestraße ist fußläufig in 5min erreichbar (450m). Von dort aus erreicht man mit der U5 in 15 min. den Hauptbahnhof und mit Umstieg am Odeonsplatz in 17 min. die Universität.
Zur Messestadt sowie Unternehmen wie Allianz, Infineon und Siemens ist es nicht weit hier im Münchner Südosten.
Nur 300m von der Haustüre entfernt befindet sich das "Life" Einkaufszentrum, das einen Aldi, einen Rewe, einen dm, mehrere Bäcker, einen Metzger, eine Apotheke, eine Post-Filiale, eine Reinigung, einen Friseur etc beinhaltet. Auf dem Weg zum Einkaufszentrum findet man einige Ess-Gelegenheiten wie z.B. einen Burgerladen, eine Dönerbude und eine Bäckerei. Auch einige Arztpraxen sind in der nahen Umgebung angesiedelt.
Nur eine U-Bahn Station entfernt befindet sich das Michaelibad, das einen Ausflug immer wert ist, sowie in die andere Richtung das PEP, ein größeres Einkaufszentrum. Der Ostpark ist außerdem nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The flat is located in Ramersdorf-Perlach, Plettstraße.
The subway station Quiddestraße is five minutes walking distance (450 meters). By taking the U5 you can reach the Hauptbahnhof in 15 minutes and the University (LMU) in 17 minutes.
It's not far from here to Messestadt, as well as companies like Allianz, Infineon, and Siemens.
The shopping center "Life" is only 300 meters from our building. It holds Aldi, Rewe, dm, bakeries and a butchery, a pharmacy, a post office, a dry cleaner, a hair dresser etc. On the way to the shopping center there are several food places, including a Burger place, a kebab place, a Dominos and another bakery. In addition, there are several medical practices nearby.
One subway station away you can find the Michaelibad, a public swimming pool area. If you take the subway in the other direction, you will find the PEP only one station away. It's a bigger shopping mall, which holds many stores where you can get clothes, shoes, accessories or grab a bite. Last but not least, the Ostpark is about 10 minutes walking distance away. It is a huge area with lots of green, trees, and (most importantly) a beer garden next to a small lake.

Wir, das sind Sebastian, Fernanda und Angie, suchen dich!
Damit du weißt worauf du dich einlässt, wollen wir hier ein bisschen was über uns verraten.

Angie (28): Ich habe Amerikanistik an der LMU studiert und arbeite seit Ende 2019 bei Brainlab, einem Medizintechnologie-Unternehmen in der Messestadt. 3 Tage die Woche arbeite ich im Büro, zwei von zuhause. Mit mir kann man gut über Filme und Serien oder Musik quatschen. Ich gehe gern ins Kino (bevorzugt OV) und auch mal abends weg was trinken, mache Yoga, und würde ab und zu gemeinsame Abende zum Kochen und/oder Spieleabende begrüßen. Ich führe eine Fernbeziehung nach Dresden, mein Freund ist im Durchschnitt ein Wochenende im Monat in der WG zu Besuch (er hat früher auch dort gewohnt) und ich bin dafür im Durchschnitt ein langes Wochenende im Monat weg in Dresden. Ein angenehmes Sozialleben in der WG ist mir trotzdem sehr wichtig!

I studied American Studies at LMU and have been working for Brainlab, a medical technology company at Messestadt, since end of 2019. I am in the office 3 days per week, the other two I work from home. I love chatting about movies and series or music. I like going to the cinema (preferably OV) and going out for a drink in the evening. I do some yoga and would enjoy cooking together or having a game night from time to time. I am in a long distance relationship (Dresden) and my boyfriend comes over to stay for about one weekend per month, while I am gone about one weekend per month in Dresden as well. Nevertheless, a pleasant social life in the WG is important for me.

Fernanda (32): Ich studiere Versorgungsforschung an der KSH München und arbeite in Teilzeit im Bereich Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung. Ich bin zwei Tage die Woche im Büro und arbeite einen Nachmittag von Zuhause aus. Die restliche Zeit widme ich gerade meiner Masterarbeit zu, hauptsächlich von Zuhause aus. Ich tanze gerne lateinamerikanische Musik und freue mich auf Spielabende in der WG, gemeinsames Kochen oder in den sommermonaten Ausflügen zum Riemer See oder an der Isar. Ich tausche mich gerne mit meinen Mitbewohnern aus, ziehe mich aber auch gerne zurück, wenn ich es brauche. Ein offenes und freundliches Miteinander in der WG
finde ich schön.

I study Health Care Research at KSH and work part-time in Prevention and Health Promotion. I am in the office two days a week and work from home one afternoon. I am dedicating the rest of my time to my master's thesis, mainly from home. I like to dance to Latin music and like the game nights in the WG, cooking together or making trips to the Riemer See or the Isar in the summer months. I like to talk with my roommates, but also like to withdraw when I need to. I find it nice to have an open and friendly atmosphere in the WG.

Sebastian (29): Ich habe Human Computer Interaction in Würzburg studiert und arbeite aktuell beim Unternehmen Fujitsu. Im Durchschnitt gehe ich einmal die Woche ins Büro, mache also viel Homeoffice. Ich bin immer offen für Aktivitäten und mache sehr gerne und häufig Sport. An den Wochenenden bin ich außerdem häufig mal in den Alpen (im Winter Snowboarden/ im Sommer Wandern). Ich würde mich auf einen Mitbewohner freuen, der offen für unser WG Miteinander ist, jeder zieht sich mal zurück, aber wenn du hin und wieder mal Freude auf ein Spieleabenden, Brunchen oder Grillen hast, freuen wir uns natürlich sehr.

I studied Human Computer Interaction in Würzburg and I am currently working for Fujitsu. On average, I go to the office once a week, so I do a lot of home office. I am always open to activities and enjoy doing sports very often. I also often go to the Alps on the weekends (snowboarding in the winter/hiking in the summer). I would be happy to have a roommate who is open to our WG togetherness, everyone needs his/her own time sometimes of course, but if you enjoy a game night, brunch or doing barbecues from time to time, it would be awesome.



Wir wünschen uns natürlich einen Mitbewohner, der uns gut ergänzt und Lust auf ein gemeinsames WG-Leben hat.
Dass sich eine Wohnung nicht von selbst putzt etc. etc. ist selbstredend, auch hier ist Motivation gefragt!
Für kleinere Anschaffungen, die eben so anfallen (Klopapier, Spülmaschinen-Tabs etc.) gibt es eine WG-Kasse, die von allen Mitbewohnern mit monatlich jeweils 10€ bestückt wird.

As you can see, we are a lively bunch! We are looking for a flatmate who fits in well and who takes pleasure in spending time with us. A flat doesn't clean itself, that much is clear. That's why we also ask for a certain amount of motivation when it comes to cleanliness.
For smaller purchases like toilet paper, detergent, or dishwasher tabs we have a small cash box where every flat-member deposits 10€ per month.

Wir suchen einen langfristigen Mitbewohner und uns ist bewusst, dass das Zimmer sehr klein ist. Damit sich unser zukünftiger Mitbewohner sehr gut überlegt ob er mit der Zimmergröße klar kommt, kann der Vertrag von Untermieterseite erst ab einem Jahr gekündigt werden. Bitte bewerbt euch nur wenn das für euch in Ordnung ist.

Da wir laut unserem Hauptmietvertrag verpflichtet sind, die Wohnung am Ende unserer Mietzeit gestrichen zurück zu geben und das von einem Maler übernehmen lassen werden, kommen einmalig 50 € Malerkosten zusätzlich auf dich zu, die in unsere Maler-Spardose fließen.

Die Nebenkosten-Nachzahlung, sowie die Strom-Nachzahlung, die jährlich auf uns zukommen können, werden auf alle vier Mitbewohner umgelegt werden, bei übermäßigem Heiz-Verhalten im Zweifelsfall auch nach Verbrauch statt nach Köpfen.

We are looking for a long-term flat-mate and we are aware that the room is quite small. To make sure that our future roomie really thinks about the room size, the sub-lease cannot be cancelled by you in the first year. Please only apply if this is ok for you.

We, the main tenants, are obligated to give back the flat freshly painted at the end of our lease agreement, which is why we would also ask you to deposit 50€ , so we can invest in a professional painter.

Any additional costs (water, electricity, etc), which might occur yearly, will be divided among all four flatmates, however in case of excessive heating divided according to consumption.
