Wir vermieten ein Zimmer in einer umfassend sanierten (Oktober 2019) und möblierten Wohnung mit insgesamt 70qm und 3 WG-Zimmern in Milbertshofen-am Hart ca. 3min zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Harthof entfernt.
Das Zimmer hat zusätzlich zu den 13qm einen kleinen Balkon mit ca. 2qm. Die angegebene Warm-Miete von 860 EUR/Monat enthält auch Strom, Internet und die Möblierung und ist ab dem 01.05.2025 zu vermieten.
Die Wohnung besteht neben den 3 Zimmern aus einem Bad und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke.
Zusätzlich gibt es bei Bedarf die Möglichkeit in der zugehörigen Tiefgarage einen Duplex-Stellplatz zu mieten.
Bei einem der anderen Zimmer werden wir ab April einen neuen Mieter haben. Das dritte Zimmer ist schon etwas länger an einen sehr netten Mitbewohner vermietet, der damals ins Berufsleben gestartet ist.

We offer a room in a completely new renovated (October 2019) and fully equiped flat in Milbertshofen-Am Hart with 70 sqm and 3 rooms in total. The flat is located about 3 walking minutes from the „U-Bahn“ station Harthof.
The room has 13sqm as well as a small balcony with 2sqm. The rent is 860 EUR per month and includes internet, electricity, water, furnishing etc.
It is available as of 01.05.2025.
Besides there is a fully equiped kitchen with a cosy sitting area as well as a bath room.
It is also possible to rent one of the Duplex Parkers in the underground parking.
We will have a new tenant in one of the other rooms from April. The third room has been rented for a while to a very nice flatmate who started working at the time.
