We have a great Wg in a beautiful location, right next to a park, Aldi , V-Markt (HUGE supermarket.)
München Ostbahnhof. (Station: munich EAST)
Close to Munich east, where s-train leaves every minute (so you can everywhere in munich FAST) and great other public transportation option.
You will ave a great room with a lot of sunlight & a private balcony - facing towards the park (not the street!) - so it is very quiet.
