Hello! I am Fede and I am moving out from my cute little room! The room is for rent only until March 31st because the whole building will be renovated, so you may need to move out after March. However, this will be confirmed by the renting agency at the end of December, so there may be possibility of extension for staying in the apartment longer.
Since I found another apartment, I am looking for someone who wants to move into my WG.The room is in an apartment shared by 4 people, 2 boys and a girl (and a very shy little kitten). The apartment has two bathrooms (only one with a shower) and an eat-in kitchen. The room has a closet, desk, bed and nightstand.
The apartment is located on hammer strasse, one of the coolest streets in the city. There is a Rewe and a pharmacy in front of the apartment, and the street is full of restaurants, bars, and stores. The bus stop is a two-minute walk from the apartment for buses 9 and 1. It is a pity to leave this place since the location is really great!
In the apartment there are Florian (30), Vishnu (28) and Ellie (29) other than the little cat Thomas^^ Florian is doing an intership while Vishnu and Ellie are students. The apartment life is pretty chill and easy-going. In general, cleanliness and respectful living together is required. A weekly cleaning schedule is followed in the house.
If you are interested in a short-term solution in the city, this room is the one for you:)
