(english below🌞) Hi, ich bin Can! Da ich im Februar unterwegs bin, suchen wir jemanden für zwei Wochen zur Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer ist frei und der Einzug ab dem 1.2 möglich.
Also falls du z.B. auf Wohnungssuche bist und erstmal vor Ort ankommen möchtest, um die Stadt kennenzulernen, einfach nur so Zeit in Münster verbringen möchtest oder oder: Schreib mir einfach :)
Unsere Wohnung liegt in der Papenburger Straße / Ecke zum Hansaring. Sie befindet sich im 1.Stock, hat luftige hohe Decken und ist mit altem Dielenboden ausgelegt.
Das Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete geht zur Süd-Seite der Wohnung hinaus und hat dadurch viel Licht. Ich habe eine Pflanze im Zimmer, die sich über deine Gesellschaft freuen wird, die Musikanlage kannst du gern benutzen und natürlich gibt's auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Ansonsten haben wir noch eine große Küche mit Ofen, Herd und Spülmaschine (!), einen vielbepflanzten Balkon, Badezimmer und einen Keller mit Abstellraum als auch eigener Waschmaschine.
Hi, I'm Can! As I'm travelling in February, we're looking for someone to rent the room temporarily for two weeks. The room is available and you can move in on 1.2.
Our flat is located in Papenburger Straße / corner of Hansaring. It is on the 1st floor, has airy high ceilings and is laid out with old floorboards.
The room for interim rent faces the south side of the flat and has lots of light. I have one of plant in the room that would love your company, you can use the music system and of course there are bed sheets and towels to use.
We also have a large kitchen with oven, stove and dishwasher (!), a balcony with lots of plants, a bathroom and a cellar with a storage room and our own washing machine.
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein:
Der Kanal und der Hafen sind zwei Straßen weiter, 5 Minuten über den Kanal hinaus ist man direkt in der Natur. Auf dem Hansaring selbst finden sich Bäcker, Supermärkte, Drogerie, Apotheke, Cafés, Restaurants, Imbisse und Kneipen. Wiederum 5 Minuten in die andere Richtung liegt die Wolbecker Straße, dort finden sich ein Blumenladen, ein Antiquariat, eine Poststelle und noch mehr Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants und Kneipen.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, in 10 Minuten ist man auf der Promenade, Uni und in der Altstadt, mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten am Hawerkamp.
The location couldn't be better:
The canal and the harbour are two streets away, 5 minutes across the canal and you are right in the countryside. Hansaring itself is home to bakeries, supermarkets, chemists, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, snack bars and pubs. Another 5 minutes in the other direction is Wolbecker Straße, where you will find a flower shop, second-hand bookshop, post office and even more supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and pubs.....
The main railway station can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the promenade, university and in the old town, and by bike in 5 minutes at Hawerkamp.
Wir sind in unserer WG miteinander eher familiär, kochen häufiger zusammen und machen uns sonst ne gute Zeit. Jetzt im Winter ist unser Wohnzimmer tendenziell die küche. Du würdest dann mit Franzi, Philipp und Joshi zusammen wohnen. Die sind alle sehr lieb und freuen sich über Austausch (: Ein mal die Woche putzen wir alle die Bude.
We tend to have a family atmosphere in our flat share, cook together more often and otherwise have a good time. Now in winter time the kitchen is our living room. You would then live with Franzi, Philipp and Joshi. They are all very nice and are happy to chat (: We all clean the place once a week.
