Hi there,
we are looking for a new flatmate for our apartment in the wonderful Hafenviertel. The apartment is located between the harbor promenade and Hansaring with all its vibey Cafés and restaurants. It´s a wonderful location for going out during the day and night as well as going for long runs along the beautiful Dortmund-Ems canal.
The apartment is an Altbau, that was fully modernized 2022. It has three bedrooms, a big kitchen with a balcony, a little storage room for a washing machine, one bathroom with a toilet and one bathroom with a shower. There is also a storage room in the basement.
There available room is 17qm² for a total 594 € per month (incl. WIFI, electricity, Washing machine).
Us, Patricia and Lena, are both working full time and both also traveling quite a bit. So there are times, when we’re there all together but you will also have to apartment to yourself from time to time :)

Hallo ihr Lieben,
wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere Wohnung im wunderschönen Hafenviertel. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der Hafenpromenade und dem Hansaring mit all seinen Cafés und Restaurants. Die Lage ist super, um auszugehen und um am schönen Dortmund-Ems-Kanal laufen zu gehen.
Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau, der 2022 rundum saniert wurde. Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Schlafzimmern, einer großen Küche mit Balkon, einem kleinen Abstellraum (mit Platz für Waschmaschine), ein Bad mit WC und ein Bad mit Dusche. Es gibt auch noch einen Abstellraum im Keller.
Das freie Zimmere ist 17qm² groß. Die Gesamtwarmmiete (inkl. Internet, Strom, Waschmaschine) beträgt 594 € im Monat.
Wir, Patricia und Lena, arbeiten beide in Vollzeit und sind auch relativ viel unterwegs. Es gibt also Zeiten, in denen wir alle da sind, aber ab und an wirst Du die Wohnung auch für Dich haben :)

Patricia fully lives in our flat in Münster. Lena lives between Münster and Cologne and is there from Monday to Friday for a few days. In the evenings we like to cook, go out for dinner or do sports and are of course happy when we do this together. It is important to us to keep our flat clean and tidy :)
We are looking for a flatmate who is also more on the work side of life than the student/party side ;)

Patricia wohnt ganz in unserer Wohnung in Münster. Lena wohnt zwischen Münster und Köln und ist von Montag bis Freitag für ein paar Tage da. Abends kochen wir gerne, gehen essen oder treiben Sport und freuen uns natürlich, wenn wir das auch mal zusammen machen können. Es ist uns wichtig, unsere Wohnung sauber und ordentlich zu halten :)
Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin, die auch mehr auf der Arbeitsseite des Lebens steht als auf der Studenten-/Party-Seite ;)
