Desafortunadamente no hay plaza de aparcamiento fijo en la casa si usted tiene un coche. Sin embargo, usted tiene la oportunidad de comprar la tarjeta de aparcamiento de un habitante (sólo €17 por año) con la que usted conseguirá así como siempre una plaza de aparcamiento cerca. Detrás del castillo también está el hermoso jardín del castillo y el jardín botánico, si la ciudad es demasiado para ti y necesitas un retiro verde.
En el centro de la ciudad (mercado principal, lugar dom, etc.) se encuentra en 1 minuto en bicicleta y a la estación de tren también está a sólo 8-10 minutos en bicicleta.

Die F24 liegt in der schönen Frauenstraße direkt am Schloss. Von hier aus ist fast alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Am Haus gibt es leider keinen festen Stellplatz, sofern du ein Auto besitzt. Du hast aber die Möglichkeit dir einen Bewohnerparkausweis (kostet nur 17€ im Jahr) zu kaufen, mit dem du so gut wie immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe bekommst. Hinterm Schloss befindet sich auch der schöne Schlossgarten und der botanische Garten, falls dir die Stadt mal etwas zu viel ist und du einen grünen Rückzugsort brauchst.
In der Innenstadt (Prinzipalmarkt, Domplatz, etc.) bist du in 1 Minute mit dem Fahrrad und zum Bahnhof sind es auch nur 8-10 Minuten mit dem Rad.

The F24 is located in the beautiful Frauenstraße right next to the castle. Almost everything is within walking distance from here. Unfortunately, there is no permanent parking space at the building if you own a car. However, you have the option of buying a resident parking permit (costs only €17 per year), which will almost always get you a parking space nearby. Behind the castle there is also the beautiful castle garden and the botanical garden if the city is a bit too much for you and you need a green retreat.
You can be in the city center (Prinzipalmarkt, Domplatz, etc.) in 1 minute by bike and the train station is only 8-10 minutes away by bike.

Wir leben zu siebt in einer großen Wohnung. Wir sind teils berufstätig, teils Student*innen, teils eine Mischung aus beidem, oder einfach nur da. Wir legen wert auf ein gutes und respektvolles Miteinander und sind daher auch keine Zweck-WG sondern mögen uns tatsächlich gern. Falls es Tagesabläufe, Stimmung und Alkoholvorrat erlauben, sitzen wir gerne auf dem Sofa in der Küche oder im Garten. Es gibt auch öfters gemeinsame Aktivitäten internalhalb der WG (mit allen oder in verschieden Konstellationen) z.B. Ausflüge, Kocheskalationen, (Um-)Bauprojekte, Gartenaktionen, Partys, Konzerte, Urlaub(e) oder Demos.
Einmal im Monat machen wir zusammen ein Plenum, um unsere Stimmung in der WG zu updaten und aktuelle Anlässe zu besprechen. Hierbei solltest du im besten Falle anwesend sein, es ist aber natürlich auch en Ordnung, wenn mal eine*r nicht kann. En der Regel verbinden wir das Plenum mit einem gemeinsamen Koch- und Bierabend.

Auch mit den anderen WGs im Haus verstehen wir uns gut. Auch Hausintern finden manchmal Plena (Plenums?, Plenae?), sowie gemeinsame Aktivitäten statt.

Da wir alle gewisse politische Grundeinstellung vertreten, ist es uns wichtig zu sagen dass wir keinerlei Rassismus, Homophobie, Transfeindlichkeit oder ähnliche Scheisse dulden!


Siete de nosotros vivimos en un gran apartamento. Trabajamos en parte, en parte estudiantes, en parte una mezcla de ambos, o simplemente aquí. Valoramos una relación buena y respetuosa y, por lo tanto, no somos una parte plana funcional, sino que en realidad nos gusta. Si la rutina diaria, el estado de ánimo y el suministro de alcohol permiten, nos gusta sentarnos en el sofá en la cocina o en el jardín. También a menudo hay actividades conjuntas dentro de la parte plana (con todos o en diferentes constelaciones), por ejemplo excursiones, escaladas de cocina, (re) proyectos de construcción, actividades de jardinería, fiestas, conciertos, vacaciones o demos.
Una vez al mes, celebramos una sesión plenaria para actualizar nuestro estado de ánimo en la parte plana y discutir los acontecimientos actuales. Idealmente, deberías estar presente, pero por supuesto también está bien si alguien no puede hacerlo. Por lo general combinamos la sesión plenaria con una cena conjunta de cocina y cerveza.

También nos llevamos bien con los otros apartamentos compartidos en la casa. Plenums (Plenums?, Plenae?) y actividades conjuntas también a veces tienen lugar dentro de la casa.

Como todos tenemos una cierta actitud política, es importante para nosotros decir que no toleramos el racismo, la homofobia, la transhostilidad o una mierda similar!

Seven of us live in a large apartment. We are partly working, partly students, partly a mixture of both, or simply just here. We value a good and respectful relationship and are therefore not a functional flat share, but actually like each other. If the daily routine, mood and alcohol supply allow, we like to sit on the sofa in the kitchen or in the garden. There are also often joint activities within the flat share (with everyone or in different constellations), e.g. excursions, cooking escalations, (re)building projects, gardening activities, parties, concerts, vacation(s) or demos.
Once a month, we hold a plenary meeting to update our mood in the flat share and discuss current events. Ideally, you should be present, but of course it's also okay if someone can't make it. We usually combine the plenary session with a joint cooking and beer evening.

We also get on well with the other shared flats in the house. Plenums (Plenums?, Plenae?) and joint activities also sometimes take place within the house.

As we all have a certain political attitude, it is important for us to say that we do not tolerate racism, homophobia, trans-hostility or similar bullshit!

Da aufgrund der Hausgeschichte unsere Zimmer über den Asta vermietet werden, ist es notwendig, dass du zumindest zum Zeitpunkt des Einzugs eingeschrieben bist (danach ists egal ;))
