Bright furnished cozy room in large apartment with garden.
View of trees and green from every window.
Fireplace in the living room.
We share the kitchen and the bathroom but I am often on the road and sometimes away for long periods of time.
The apartment is centrally located. 10 min bike from the cathedral square in a very quiet and beautiful location. (Historic district from 1927).
The room is realy very nice.
You have the free use of the living room, kitchen and of the garten in summer. The Garten is like a little protected green island. It is perfect for studying in spring or summer.

Kamin im Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad teilen wir uns. Ich bin aber sehr viel unterwegs und längere Zeiten weg.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral. 10 min Fahrrad vom Domplatz in eine sehr ruhige und schöne Lage. Historisches Viertel von 1927.

There is a huge meadow across the street, where students and families play and grill as soon as the sun shines.

Riesen Wiese gegen über wo Studenten und Familien Spielen und grillen sobald die Sonne scheint.
I am an openminded and easy going person, very sociable but also very respectfull of your intimicy.
You will live in a warm and welcomming atmosphere.
Eventhough I am still thirthy of learning from live and people, I am no longer student since a long time. But there is a WG next door with very friendly students. I have great contact to them and can introduce you if you which.
I will be often aboard for long periods of time but you will also share the appartment with another occupant.
The room ist not only for students perfect but also for teacher which have only a few days a week, a few weeks a months or a few months a year working at the WWU or at the UKM.
It is a very quite appartment in a relax atmosphere.
Many peole say that they feel here like on hollyday in south of France...
