Suche ein Zimmer in Neufahrn

Hallo!

Ich entschuldige mich für mein Deutsch. Ich spreche ein bisschen Deutsch, aber noch lange nicht fließend.

Mein Name ist Dilvan Sabir, ich bin 25 Jahre alt und komme aus Schweden. Ich beginne im Oktober mein Studium an der Technischen Universität München TUM (Garching) im Rahmen meines Masters in Data Engineering and Analytics. Ich bin Nichtraucher und habe keine Haustiere. Ich bin nicht der Partytyp. Ich bin eine saubere, ruhige und ehrliche Person, die hauptsächlich mein Studium beenden möchte. Ich spreche fließend Schwedisch und Englisch und mein Deutsch ist auf einem einfachen Konversationsniveau (A2). Meine wenige Freizeit verbringe ich mit Literatur, Philosophie, Psychologie und dem Hören von Podcasts und Musik (Kopfhörer und keine Lautsprecher). Aber auch wenn ich nicht viel feiere, genieße ich es trotzdem, ab und zu unter Menschen zu sein oder mich mit meinen Mitbewohnern zu treffen.

Ich kann dieser Bewerbung nichts beifügen, aber in meiner entsprechenden E-Mail kann ich sowohl meinen Lebenslauf mit Foto als auch den Zulassungsbescheid der TUM anhängen. Ich habe eine schwedische allgemeine Krankenversicherung und eine Haftpflichtversicherung. Ich bekomme für mein Studium eine monatliche Studienbeihilfe vom schwedischen Staat und habe keine SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) -Einstufung, da ich nicht in Deutschland lebe. Bei Bedarf kann ich meine Arbeits-/Gehaltsgeschichte detailliert darstellen.

Ich möchte so schnell wie möglich eine Wohnung mieten und meine Idealmiete liegt bei ca. 550 EUR.

I apologize for my German. I speak a little German, but not fluently by a long shot.

My name is Dilvan Sabir, I'm 25 years old and I'm from Sweden. I will start my studies at the Technical University of Munich TUM (Garching) in October as part of my Masters in Data Engineering and Analytics. I am a non-smoker and have no pets. I'm not the party type. I'm a clean, calm and honest person who mainly wants to finish my studies. I speak fluent Swedish and English and my German is at a basic conversational level (A2). I spend what little free time I have with literature, philosophy, psychology and listening to podcasts and music (headphones and no speakers). But even if I don't party much, I still enjoy socializing from time to time or meeting up with my roommates.

I can’t attach anything to this application but in my corresponding email I can attach both my resume with my photo and admission letter from TUM. I have Swedish general health insurance and liability insurance. I get a monthly student grant from the Swedish government for my studies and I don't have a SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) rating because I don't live in Germany. I can detail my work/salary history if needed.

I would like to rent a place as soon as possible and my ideal rent is around 550 EUR.
