Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer. Ich bewohne das größte davon, die beiden kleinen Zimmer sind nun frei.
Eins der Zimmer liegt zur Straße hinaus, das andere zum Garten. Beide haben hellen Laminatboden.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und kein Tageslicht.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, da ich jedoch momentan etwas renoviere, hätte ich gerne, dass du dich an den Ausgaben dafür beteiligst.
Die nächsten Bahnstationen sind Amsterdamer Straße (10min) und Neußer Straße/Gürtel (11min).
Netto und Rewe sind etwa 6min entfernt Aldi eher so 10...
Ich arbeite hauptsächlich von zuhause, werde also viel zugegen sein. Außerdem habe ich einen Hund, der auch mal durch die Wohnung rennt und nicht unbedingt der wohlerzogenste Geselle ist.
Ich bin zudem Raucher und halte meinen Kühlschrank lieber vegetarisch. Ich höre gerne laute Musik.
