Hallo, ich vermiete 1 renoviertes sehr schönes Zimmer mit ca. 12 qm in einem Appartment für Studenten der Hochschule Nordhausen oder für Studenten vom Studienkolleg. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett (90*200cm), Matratze, Schrank, Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl. Im Zimmer wurde erst ganz neues Laminat verlegt. Das Zimmer ist schön hell und sonnig. Die Wohnung verfügt über kostenfreies High Speed WLAN. Weiterhin gibt es in der Wohnung ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und Toilette. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Küche mit Spülmaschine. Der Garten im Hof des Hauses kann für Grillparties etc gern benutzt werden. :)

English: Hi, I rent 1 nice and renovated room (ca. 12 sqm) in an appartment students of University Nordhausen or Studienkolleg. The room is fully furnished with a 90*200cm Bed, Matress, Cupboard, Desk and chair. The appartment has free High Speed WI-FI. The apparment has a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. There is also a kitchen with full equipment and a dishwasher. You can also use the Garden in the backyard for barbecue with friends. :)
Die Hochschule und das Studienkolleg erreicht man in 5 Minuten (ohne Umsteigen !) mit dem Bus. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Supermarkt Edeka ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, auch das Einkaufszentrum Marktpassage mit HM, Rossmann, Rewe, Media Markt etc. is nur ca. 500m entfernt. Der Bahnhof Nordhausen mit direkten Verbindungen nach Göttingen, Erfurt oder Halle ist mit der Straßenbahn die auch vor der Tür hält, in nur ca. 10 minuten direkt erreichbar.

English: The house is very close to Studienkolleg and University - you can go directly by bus in 5 minutes or even by feet. The bus station is directly in front of the house. The Supermarket Edeka is only 2 minutes walk away. Also the shopping mall Marktpassage with H&M, Media Markt and REWE is in walking distance ca 500m. The tram station which goes directly to Nordhausen Main Station is also in front of the door. From there you can go directly by train to the big cities Halle, Erfurt or Göttingen.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 270€ / Monat. Kaution: 300 €. Die Waschmaschine kann kostenfrei benutzt werden und befindet sich in der Wohnung.

English: The rent including all costs is 270€ / Monat. Deposit ist 300€. You can use the washing machine for free. (Some apparment landlords like WBG want 1-2 € / washing which is very costly after a while.). We are happy to answer your question and provide you with more information about the appartmtent.
