El apartamento está situado en Eberhardshof justo entre las dos estaciones U-Bahn Maximilianstraße y Eberhardshof y así una buena conexión con Nuremberg y Fürther Hauptbahnhof. En tan solo 10 minutos estarás en el Pegnitz en el verde, aquí podrás relajarte bien en verano, caminar jogging o ciclismo. No hay falta de tiendas y restaurantes en los alrededores.


El apartamento está en Eberhardshof entre las dos estaciones U Maximilianstraße y Eberhardshof por esa razón usted tendría una buena solución para Nuremberg HBF así como Fürth HBF. En tan solo 10 minutos estás en el Pegnitz donde puedes correr o caminar y disfrutar de un poco de naturaleza. También hay una buena cantidad de supermercados y restaurantes cerca del apartamento.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Eberhardshof genau zwischen den beiden U-Bahnstationen Maximilianstraße und Eberhardshof und somit guter Anbindung sowohl zum Nürnberger als auch zum Fürther Hauptbahnhof. In nur 10 Minuten ist man an der Pegnitz im Grünen, hier lässt es sich im Sommer gut Entspannen, Spazieren Joggen oder Radfahren . An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants mangelt es in der näheren Umgebung auch nicht.


The Apartment is in Eberhardshof inbetween the two U-Bahnstations Maximilianstraße and Eberhardshof for that reason you would have a good conection to Nürnberg HBF as well as Fürth HBF. In only 10 Minutes you are at the Pegnitz where you can run or walk and enjoy a little bit of nature. There are also a good amount of Supermarkets and Restaurants close to the Apartment.

Nuestros tiempos salvajes como el GT de partido han terminado, sin embargo ambos hemos decidido muy activamente para la vida del GT y como pasar tiempo en el GT, es decir, sentados juntos por la noche, a veces cocinando juntos o haciendo algo de nuestras cuatro paredes, por supuesto, todos pueden retirarse. Puesto que ambos hemos estado trabajando durante algún tiempo, vamos a ser un poco más ordenado que tal vez en uno o el otro Studi WG. Tenemos un plan de limpieza y de lo contrario tratamos de mantener nuestro apartamento bastante ordenado, para que todo el mundo pueda sentirse como en casa. Un poco para nosotros: Marcel viene de Colombia, ha comenzado a trabajar como ingeniero de audio el año pasado. En su tiempo libre le gusta caminar y está interesado en el yoga y la meditación. Yo (Loreen) soy psicólogo y trabajo en una clínica de rehabilitación neurológica. Me gusta cerrar y bailar en mi tiempo libre, en el momento más como Forró.
Normalmente hablamos inglés o alemán. En teoría, también hablamos español, si prefieres ese idioma, sería una posibilidad.

¿Por qué no escribes algo sobre ti mismo para que podamos tener una pequeña impresión de ti?


Nuestros tiempos como un partido salvaje-GT definitivamente terminan pero ambos elegimos WG Life muy activo y nos gusta pasar tiempo juntos, eso significa pasar tiempo juntos por la noche, cocinar juntos o algunas cosas saliendo del camino. Obviamente está bien buscar un tiempo solo también. Debido a que estamos trabajando ya estamos definidos un poco más ordenado que algunos GT Studi. Tenemos un Shedule de Limpieza y así nos gusta mantenerlo más limpio la mayoría de las veces para que todos puedan sentirse cómodos. Un poco sobre nosotros Marcel es de Colombia y empezó a trabajar como ingeniero de audio. En su tiempo libre le gusta ir de excursión y es interactivo en yoga y meditación. Yo (Loreen) trabajo como psicólogo en una clínica de rehabilitación neurológica. En mi tiempo libre me gusta coser y bailar, en este momento principalmente Forró.
Normalmente hablamos inglés o inglés entre nosotros. Teóricamente ambos tenemos fluidez en español, así que si quieres comunicarte en español que también es una opción.

Unsere wilden Zeiten als Party-WG sind sicherlich vorbei, trotzdem haben wir uns beide sehr aktiv für das WG-Leben entschieden und mögen es Zeit in der WG zu verbringen, das heißt am Abend zusammen zu sitzen, gelegentlich zusammen zu kochen oder hin und wieder auch mal etwas außerhalb unserer vier Wände zusammen zu unternehmen, natürlich kann sich jeder auch mal zurück ziehen. Da wir beide seit einiger Zeit im Arbeitsleben stehen geht es bei uns etwas geordneter zu als vielleicht in der ein oder anderen Studi WG. Wir haben einen Putzplan und versuchen auch sonst unsere Wohnung im Großen und Ganzen recht ordentlich zu halten, so dass sich jeder wohlfühlen kann. Ein wenig zu uns: Marcel kommt aus Kolumbien, hat letztes Jahre begonnen als Audio Ingenieur zu arbeiten. In seiner Freizeit geht er gerne wandern und interessiert sich für Yoga und Meditation. Ich (Loreen) bin Psychologin und arbeite in einer neurologischen Rehaklinik. Ich nähe in meiner Freizeit gerne und tanze, zur Zeit am liebsten Forró.
Meist sprechen wir Englisch oder Deutsch. Theoretisch Sprechen wir auch beide Spanisch, wenn du diese Sprache vorziehen würdest, wäre das auch eine Möglichkeit.

Our times as a Wild Party-WG are definitly over but both of us choose WG Life very actively and we like to spend time together, that means spending time in the evening together, cooking toghether or sometimes going out togehter. Obviously it is fine to look for some time alone as well. Because we are working already we are definietly a little more tidy than some Studi WGs. We have a Cleaning Shedule and also like to keep it rather clean most times so everybody can feel comfortable. A little about us Marcel is from Colombia and he started working as an Audio Engineer. In his freetime he likes to go hiking and is interessted in Yoga and Meditation. I ( Loreen) work as a Psychologist in a neurological rehabilitation clinic. In my freetime I like to sew and dance, at the moment mostly Forró.
Usually we speak English or German with each other.Theoretically we both are fluent in Spanish as well so if you would like to communicate in Spanish that is an option as well.

Wir haben vor kurzem einige Elektrogeräte angeschafft (Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank) Dafür würde eine Ablöse Anfallen.
Beim Einzugsdatum sind wir etwas flexibel, schreib einfach und wir schauen was für uns passt

Because we bought some bigger electronic appliances there is some key money to pay for that
