Das Zimmer ist 18 qm groß und mit einigen Möbeln (Bett, Schrank, Garderobe, Tisch und Ventilator) ausgestattet. Der Preis für die Möbel beträgt 400 Euro)
Die Miete beträgt 380 Euro plus 9 Euro alle drei Monate für die Radio- und TV-Gebühr.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock und hat vier Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Wir haben auch einen Balkon.
The room is 18 square meters big and comes with some of the furniture (bed, cupboard, wardrobe, table and a fan). The price for the furniture is 400 Euro)
The rent is 380 Euro plus 9 Euro every three months for the radio and TV fee.
The flat is in the fourth floor and has four rooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. We also have a balcony.
Lage
Die Lage der Wohnung is für studierende sehr praktisch und ziemlich zentral. Die TH ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und man braucht 10 Minuten mit dem Bus bis zum WiSo. Stadtmitte ist auch mit der S-Bahn oder mit dem Bus in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wöhrderwiese und Wöhrdersee sind ganz in der Nähe wenn du gerne Sport machst oder Spaziergänge magst.
The location is very convenient for students and close to the city centre. It take 5 minutes to walk to the TH and 10 minutes by bus to get to the WiSo. By bus or S-Bahn you reach the city centre ina few minutes. Wöhrderwiese and Wöhrdersee are close by, in case you like doing sports outside or taking walks.
WG-Leben
Wir sind eine internationale WG und obwohl wir alle Deutsch lernen, wäre es praktisch, wenn du Englisch sprechen könntest.
Zur Zeit wohnen Raneem, Anik und Prashansa in der WG.
Raneem kommt aus Indien und macht ein Praktikum.
Anik kommt aus Bangladesh, hat kürzlich ihnen Abschluss gemacht und arbeitet derzeit. Prashansa studiert künstliche Intelligenz und kommt aus Indien.
Manchmal treffen wir uns in unserem Wohnzimmer oder laden unsere Freunde zu uns ein. Wir haben einen Reinigungsplan.
We are an international WG and even though we all learn German, it would be convenient if you could speak English.
At the moment, Raneem, Anik and Prashansa live in the WG.
Raneem is from India and is doing an internship.
Anik is from Bangladesh, he recently graduated and is currently working. Prashansa is studying artificial intelligence and comes from India.
Sometimes we meet in our living room or invite our friends over. We have a cleaning schedule.
