Es gibt ein teil-möbiliertes Wohnzimmer, eine Kuche vom Vermieter (schätze ich auf 5-10 Jahre) + Alltagsausstattung und verfügbare Schlafzimmer (14.34 qm und 17.68). Du darfst dir gerne heraussuchen welches du gerne möchtest. Die Miete wurde für das größere berechnet. Das Schlafzimmer kann leer oder teilmöbiliert übergeben werden. Dazu kommt noch ein 20qm großer Keller +
Zusätzlich würde mein Vermieter noch einen Garagenstellplatz zur Verfügung stellen, falls du einen benötigst.

The apartment is in excellent condition (completely renovated 2 years ago).
There is a partly furnished living room, a kitchen provided by the landlord (which I estimate to be 5-10 years old) with everyday equipment, and available bedrooms (14.34 sqm and 17.68 sqm). You are welcome to choose which one you would like. The rent is calculated for the larger room. The bedroom can be handed over either empty or partly furnished.
Additionally, my landlord would provide a garage parking space if you need one.
(Engl below) Die Wohnung liegt wenige Meter vom Ortskern Oberkochen, ist aber in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft.
Der Bahnhof und Edeka sind ca 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt, Zeiss (Südwerk) ist per Fahrrad in 7 Minuten erreichbar und der Werksbus hält wenige Meter von der Haustür. Zudem gibt es eine gute Eisdiele direkt in unserer Straße.

The apartment is located a few meters from the center of Oberkochen, but is in a quiet neighborhood.
The train station and Edeka are about a 5-10 minute walk away, Zeiss (Südwerk) is reachable by bike in 7 minutes, and the company bus stops a few meters from the front door. Additionally, there is a good ice cream shop right on our street.
(Engl below) Hi, ich mache aus meiner Mietwohnung eine WG, da ich im Juli mit meiner Partnerin in Bayern zusammenziehe und die Wohnung nur noch als Pendlerwohnung für eine handvoll Tage im Monat benötige :) Entsprechend werde ich überwiegens auch meistens nur unter der Woche anwesend sein.
Ich arbeite selbst bei Zeiss und trainiere und koche in meiner Freizeit gerne.

Hi, I am turning my rented apartment into a shared flat since I'm moving in with my partner in Bavaria this July and will only need the apartment for commuting for a couple of days per month :) Thus, I will mostly only be present during weekdays.
I work at Zeiss and enjoy training and cooking in my free time.
