Looking for a flat from January 1, 2023 to May 31, 2023

Hi! My name is Oleg Volkov (though most call me Alik).

I am a student at the Schulich School of Business in Toronto, Canada, doing my 3rd year in the International Business Administration (iBBA) program, with a focus on accounting. I'll be doing an exchange term at EBS Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Hessen, from January 1, 2023, to May 31, 2023.

I will probably arrive in Oestrich-Winkel on January 1, 2023. If that doesn't work for you, I can come a few days beforehand, too.

I'm a clean person; I like to keep my space organized and immaculate. You (the renter) don't need to worry about cleaning up after me at the end of the rental period, nor do you need to worry about any damages to your property.
I will also always pay my rent on time, and if that is not possible, I'll pay in advance. I am not the type to do such things late.

I'm a quiet tenant, I won't bother your neighbours with excessive noise; I tend to keep to myself.

I've also been studying the German language, so if possible, I'll do my best to practice it with you!

In my spare time, I enjoy doing nature, travel, and portrait photography, as well as biking long distances (~100 km per day). I also enjoy hanging out with friends in a good nature spot or at a pub - as long as it's a good time!
