Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner*in für unsere 4er-WG. Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Februar verfügbar und wird langfristig vermietet.
Das Zimmer ist zwar das kleinste in der Wohnung, bietet aber eine sehr gemütliche und einladende Atmosphäre. Wie der Rest der Wohnung hat es hohe Decken und große Fenster, die viel Licht hereinlassen und eine angenehme Umgebung schaffen.
Wir suchen jemanden, der bereit ist, als Co-Hauptmieter*in einzusteigen. Zudem wird ein einmaliger Beitrag von 250 Euro an die WG-Kasse gezahlt. Dieser Betrag deckt Kosten wie den Rundfunkbeitrag (GEZ), eventuelle Nachzahlungen bei den Nebenkosten am Jahresende oder Reparaturen, falls in der Wohnung mal etwas kaputtgehen sollte.
Für eine (Online-)Besichtigung bevorzugen wir die Uhrzeit zwischen 19 und 20 Uhr oder am Wochenende nach Absprache.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our 4-person shared apartment. The room will be available from February 1st and is being rented long-term.
Although it’s the smallest room in the apartment, it offers a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. Like the rest of the apartment, it features high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of light, creating a pleasant environment.
We are looking for someone willing to join as a co-head tenant. Additionally, there is a one-time contribution of 250 euros to the flat’s fund. This amount covers costs such as the broadcasting fee (GEZ), potential utility back payments at the end of the year, or repairs in case something in the apartment needs fixing.
For an (online) viewing, we prefer times between 7 and 8 PM or weekends by arrangement.

Gute ÖVPN Bindungen:
In 2-Minuten bist du an der Bushaltestelle und in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Mit den Regionalbahnen bist du dann innerhalb von 5 Minuten in Frankfurt am Main (Süd). Ansonsten kannst du mit dem Bus zur Innenstadt und bis in 15 Minuten an der Hauptwache in Frankfurt.

Deine neuen Mitbewohnenden haben vielfältige Interessen und sind in unterschiedlichen Bereichen wie Kulturanthropologie oder Design und Architektur tätig bzw. studieren in diesen Feldern. Alle sind relativ beschäftigt, aber treffen sich immer wieder abends zwanglos in der Küche, um sich auszutauschen. Sie unterstützen sich gegenseitig, wo es geht, und legen großen Wert auf ein harmonisches und respektvolles Miteinander. Die WG ist LGBTQa+ und FLINTA freundlich und ein offener, sicherer Raum für alle.
In der WG gibt es einen Putzplan für die verschiedenen Bereiche. Die Wohnung bietet nicht nur eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche, sondern auch ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit angrenzendem Balkon, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Toaster, verschiedene Küchengeräte usw.). Zusätzlich gibt es einen geräumigen Keller für Fahrräder oder andere Dinge sowie einen Dachabstellraum, den du gerne nutzen kannst.

Your new flatmates have diverse interests and work or study in various fields, from cultural anthropology to design and architecture. Everyone is relatively busy but often gathers informally in the evenings in the kitchen to chat and catch up. They support each other wherever possible and place great importance on a harmonious and respectful living environment. The flat is LGBTQ+ friendly and a safe, welcoming space for everyone.
The shared flat has a cleaning schedule for the different areas. It not only offers a large, well-equipped kitchen but also a cozy living room with an adjoining balcony where you can relax. The kitchen has all essentials (dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, toaster, various kitchen appliances, etc.). Additionally, there’s a spacious basement for bikes or other storage, as well as an attic storage room you’re welcome to use.
